Hey loves,
So in honor of entering into my favorite season of fall,
This amazing season of apple cider and bonfires,
I thought it was only fitting that I bring to you a meditation that serves as a reminder that it's okay to let some things go.
Whether that's letting go of a bad habit,
A memory that triggers your anxiety,
Or maybe it's letting go of someone that has been leeching off of your energy for far too long.
So if you haven't already,
I encourage you to place yourself in a comfortable position.
Gently closing your eyes and for a moment,
Imagine yourself sitting outdoors with your favorite journal.
Wrapped in a warm fluffy blanket,
Enjoying the slight breeze that fall brings.
The smell of warm cinnamon and firewood in the air.
Watching as the leaves depart gracefully from the branches of the trees.
Finding the perfect calm setting to just be.
As you dwell in this moment,
Picture yourself writing down everything that you desire to let go of.
Maybe that's letting go of self doubt.
Letting go of the habit of comparing your story to others.
Or maybe that's letting go of those who are suppressing your growth to your higher self.
And when you feel you have subconsciously written down all that you are ready to let go of in this season.
Imagine tossing it into the fire.
Watching as the flames destroy everything that you felt was meant to destroy you.
Taking a cleansing deep breath in and slowly letting go.
What does it feel like to finally surrender?
Before we end,
I would like to leave you with one affirmation to repeat within.
I deserve this freedom.
I deserve this freedom.
Namaste and I'll see you in the next video.
