So let's begin by settling into a comfortable position.
Whatever that means for you.
Let your hands fall on your laps.
Relax your toes.
And close your eyes if that feels right.
Or keep a soft gaze.
Take a moment to notice your natural breath.
Inhale gently through your nose.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let's take another breath.
Inhale fully.
And exhale completely.
One more time.
Inhale,
Noticing the rise of your chest.
Exhale,
Feeling the air leaving your body.
Feeling yourself settling into the moment.
Now let's deepen the breath.
Inhale deeply.
Welcoming in light,
Possibility,
And potential.
Exhale fully,
Releasing any tension,
Heaviness,
Or stress.
Inhale light,
Possibility,
Hopes,
And dreams.
Exhale whatever,
Keeping you from being present.
Allow your breath to settle back into its natural rhythm.
And with each inhale,
Just imagine a golden light that's filling your chest.
Soft,
Warm,
Expansive.
Let this light represent the energy and intention that you want to welcome into this new season of your life.
And with every exhale,
Let go of anything from the past that no longer serves you.
Stress,
Worries,
Heaviness,
People,
Judgment.
Let it all go.
Take a moment now to reflect as you feel that light expanding within you.
What kind of energy would I like to welcome into this season of my life?

Hold this thought gently as you continue to just breathe and enjoy each inhale and exhale.
