Welcome to this self-love meditation.
Please find a quiet,
Comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your mouth.
Again,
Inhaling deeply and exhale fully.
One more time.
This meditation is a space for you to cultivate deep self-love and acceptance.
Take a moment here and just remind yourself that there is no right or wrong way to feel.
Simply allow yourself to be present.
I would like you to bring your attention to your breath.
Feel the natural rhythm as air flows in and out.
There is nothing you need to change here.
Just observe.
Begin to feel your body resting in its seat,
Supported by the earth beneath you.
Notice any areas of tension in your body and with an exhale allow them to soften.
Breathe in a sense of calm.
Breathing out any stress or heaviness.
Now gently bring your awareness into your body.
Imagine sending love and gratitude to every part of yourself.
Let's start with your feet.
Acknowledge how they carry you through life.
Maybe envisioning the feeling of your bare feet on the earth.
Moving up to your legs.
They allow you to walk,
Run,
Jump and play.
Moving up to your torso,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your heart.
All the way up to the top of your head.
Feeling gratitude for your whole body.
Reminding yourself that each part of you has served you in its own way.
Take a moment here to silently say thank you to your body exactly as it is.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Now we're going to take a few affirmations together.
Affirmations of self-love and acceptance.
Repeat these to yourself either silently or aloud.
I really want you to feel these words as truth.
If any resistance arises,
Simply notice it without judgment.
Remember you are planting seeds of love and over time they will grow.
I am worthy of love.
I embrace myself fully as I am.
I am enough just as I am.
Love flows freely to me and through me.
I choose to treat myself with kindness and compassion.
Finally,
Bring your awareness into your heart space.
Imagine a warm golden light glowing at the center of your chest.
With each inhale,
This light expands,
Filling your entire body with warmth,
Peace,
And love.
Feel the warmth spreading down through the tips of your fingers all the way down to your toes.
This beautiful glowing warm light of your heart reaches up through your throat and out through the crown of your head,
Growing bigger and brighter with each inhale.
If it feels right here,
I'd like you to picture yourself as a child,
Pure,
Innocent,
Full of potential,
Life,
And excitement.
See yourself standing before this child,
Wrapping this younger version of you in a loving embrace,
Sharing this golden warm loving light with your younger self,
Maybe telling them you are safe,
You are loved,
You are enough.
Hold this vision with you for a few breaths,
Letting the love radiate from within you.
Let's slowly begin to bring awareness back to your breath,
Wiggling the fingers and your toes,
Gently coming back to your body.
When you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes,
Taking in your surroundings once again,
Maybe feeling a renewed sense of gratitude for your life,
Your space,
Maybe carrying this feeling of love with you throughout your day,
Knowing that you are whole,
Worthy,
And deeply loved.
