My name is Sonya Genevieve Logan.
I just turned six and a half and I like to meditate.
My school got cancelled.
It's okay because everybody's going to be okay.
But I don't like being cooped up in my house.
Or with not all my friends with me.
And sometimes I just need to get some energy out.
So join me.
Stand up.
Put your two feet on the ground.
Now open your hands up high like you're flying to the sky.
Let's just shake our hands and legs a little bit.
Go ahead,
Shake them.
Dance a little bit.
Just even like jumping up and down a little bit times.
Whatever you want to do,
Just move a little bit.
Doesn't that just feel good just to move?
Feels good to me.
Now take a big,
Deep breath in.
And hold it.
Now let it out.
Feels good,
Right?
It feels good to me.
Why don't we do it again?
Breathe in.
And hold it.
And now let it out slowly.
When we do it slowly,
We help us to control our energy.
As kids,
We are all in control of ourselves.
We can be as active or as calm as we want to be.
So let's try being really calm.
And we do that by breathing.
So breathe in.
And hold it.
Breathe out.
And let our minds relax.
And now you might want to lay on the ground.
Go ahead,
Get on the ground.
And just try to be as comfortable as you can.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Let's do that a few more times.
Breathe in.
And breathe out very slowly.
Breathe in again.
And breathe out slowly.
And just keep enjoying this music.
