This practice is about visualizing what it is that you desire.
Our minds are more powerful than we realize.
By visualizing,
Truly seeing,
Feeling and sensing something we desire,
Our subconscious already believes that we are experiencing it.
Even though it is just a visualization for now.
By practicing this daily,
Seeing the same vision,
You can manifest exactly what you desire.
Feeling the feelings now,
Embodying the senses,
So that you can live in this vision.
I invite you now to find a comfortable seat,
Or perhaps lying down,
Somewhere you feel safe and free from distractions.
Gently close your eyes as we begin this beautiful journey.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly and your lungs,
Filling it all the way until you can't fill it anymore,
And sighing it out as you exhale through your mouth.
Settling into the space as you breathe in again through your nose,
And sighing it out through your mouth.
Feel yourself arriving here,
Calming your body and inviting your nervous system into the parasympathetic state of rest.
With each deep inhale,
Feel your breath filling your body.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself letting go,
Surrendering to this moment just a little more.
Now I invite you to allow your breath to come to a natural rhythm,
In and out through your nose,
As you allow your breath to gently scan your body,
Softening,
Relaxing,
And releasing any tension you might feel.
Sense the frown lines of your forehead slowly softening and melting away.
Feel your jaw softening and relaxing.
Allow your shoulders to release,
Your shoulder blades gently sliding down your spine,
Creating a ripple effect of softness across your back.
Let your belly and chest relax.
Use your breath as it continues to scan through your arms and your legs,
Helping you to settle in to the here and now.
As your body settles,
Gently notice any thoughts that might be passing through your mind.
Without attachment,
Simply observe.
Watch the thoughts pass by like clouds in the sky.
As you notice these thoughts,
Take a deep,
Full breath in.
As you exhale,
Imagine yourself gently releasing any thoughts that are racing through your mind.
Let them drift away as you exhale.
Feel yourself returning to your breath as your anchor.
As the thoughts clear,
Notice the beautiful sense of clarity in your mind,
Light,
Expansive,
And open.
In this beautiful spaciousness,
I invite you to bring to mind one thing you most truly desire at the moment.
Allow the first thing that comes to mind to arise.
Without judgment,
There's no right or wrong.
See this desire clearly in your mind.
Observe it.
See it before you,
Noticing every detail,
Allowing your senses to help define your desire.
Notice any colors,
Lights,
Or shades.
What do the textures and shapes look like in this future part of your life?
Where are you standing?
What are your surroundings?
What are you wearing?
And most importantly,
Notice how you feel.
What feelings arise as you connect with your desire?
Truly feel them.
What does it feel like in your heart?
What emotions does this bring up?
Can you sense a shift in your physical body as you connect to the feeling of this desire?
Perhaps tingles,
A straightening of your spine,
Sensations on your skin.
Maybe you notice sounds or scents around you or within you.
Let your mind paint a vivid,
Rich picture of what it is you desire.
Perhaps you even notice what it tastes like.
Connecting with and noticing all of the sensations,
The sensations,
The feelings,
The emotions that come up.
How do you want to feel if your desire is manifested?
So now imagine this desire manifesting right now in this very moment in your body.
Allow yourself to step into the vision,
Into the space of your desires.
Feel what it feels like to already have it,
To already be in this space.
Perhaps you sense a smile or goosebumps or bubbles of excitement.
Maybe a deep,
Peaceful calm.
A sense of knowing.
Allow yourself to feel whatever arises as you experience your desire.
Fully present with it now.
Feel your chest expanding as you breathe in this desire.
Feel the joy,
The thrill,
The love,
The clarity,
The peace of having what you most wish for.
Observe your thoughts and inner words,
The affirming,
Positive words that arise as you feel this manifestation already being yours.
The words that come up are powerful words that you can return to,
Words that will help you manifest this vision.
Feel this desire,
This outcome in every cell of your body.
Immerse yourself fully in this vision.
Notice yourself filled with gratitude.
Gratitude that this outcome is yours.
Gratitude that you are so deserving of what you desire.
Feel the power of this visualization.
Imagine opening your arms wide and stepping fully into it,
Into your desire.
Feeling what it feels like to own this dream,
To live it.
The textures,
The sensations,
The sounds,
The smells,
The feelings.
Take a deep,
Expansive breath in.
Feel the energy and power of your vision filling your body,
Your heart,
And your mind.
As you exhale,
Soften,
Dropping into gratitude.
Gratitude for this practice.
Gratitude for receiving your desires.
Gratitude for your wonderful mind and its ability to create.
Gratitude for your body and its ability to sense.
Breathing into this beautiful space as you see this vision before you,
Merged into your body,
Knowing it is becoming part of you.
Breathing into this vision again as it cements completely in your physical body,
In your mind,
In the present moment,
In your awareness,
Because it is already within you.
You are already a manifestation of your desires,
Just as you are.
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment,
Taking this vision with you.
Feel it alive within your body.
Feel it within your breath.
As you reconnect to your breath,
Become a little more present in your physical body.
Within each inhale and each exhale.
Feel your vision now ingrained in your body,
Just a little more.
Notice the gentle expansion of your breath across your chest and your body,
Your belly,
Your back.
Notice the sensations on your skin.
And as you bring yourself back to the present moment,
Feel the weight of your body on the surface beneath you.
Begin to return fully to the here and now as you return fully present in this body,
This mind,
Right here,
Right now.
When you feel ready,
Gently lower your chin to your chest and softly,
When it feels right,
Allow your eyes to open as you return to the present moment.
