Reciting an affirmation or mantra using mala beads can have profound effects on your beliefs about self and your goals. By training our subconscious mind by reciting our affirmation, we trick it into believing that our goal has already manifested. Once you have an affirmation, use this recording to recite it daily.

A guidance on affirmations.

Repeating an affirmation daily helps you to reprogram the unconscious mind for success.

It allows us to eliminate negative and limiting beliefs and helps us build confidence,

Clarity and focus.

Affirmations raise our vibration,

Inviting more happiness,

Joy,

Appreciation and gratitude into our lives.

By repeating affirmations,

We begin to see our goals and our desired feelings as if they have already occurred.

In doing this,

The subconscious mind begins to believe this reality is already created.

By now you may have created your own personal affirmation,

Perhaps with the words beginning with I am,

Keeping it brief,

Positive and specific.

Make sure you include a feeling word so you can truly embody the affirmation in your cells and in your heart.

If you wish to use mala beads,

They can help as a simple tool to keep you focused and track your repetitions as you repeat your affirmation.

Now I invite you to find a quiet,

Comfortable place to sit,

Settle in and take a few moments to arise,

Arrive fully in your body.

Using your breath as an anchor,

Take a deep breath in and holding it for a moment in its fullness.

Exhale completely,

Softening and surrendering to this time that you have carved out for yourself,

Taking a few deep breaths in,

In and out,

Allowing your sit bones to settle into the ground beneath you,

As you continue breathing deeply with awareness,

Let your spine grow long and your body soften.

To help you feel even more grounded,

Use your breath to gently scan your body,

From the top of your head,

Across your face,

Down the back of your head,

Your shoulders and your torso,

Taking your time to breathe down into your hips,

Through your legs,

Simply noticing any sensations or areas that might need a little more attention.

Now bringing your focus to the mala beads in your hands,

Beginning with the guru bead,

The main bead at the centre,

Hold the first bead gently between your fingers,

Take a deep breath in and out,

As you breathe in,

Repeat your affirmation silently or aloud with intention.

On your exhale,

Move to the next bead,

With each bead,

Repeat your affirmation clearly and firmly,

Feel it,

Believe it,

Breathe it deep into the cells of your body.

One bead at a time,

Repeating your affirmation,

If your mind starts to wander,

Gently guide your focus back to the bead in your fingers,

To your breath,

To your affirmation.

Continue slowly,

Moving bead by bead,

Repeating the affirmation with sincerity,

Continuing with each bead,

Repeating your affirmation,

Keeping your mind focused on the task at hand,

On the bead and the texture,

On the words of your affirmation,

On your breath,

Continuing through each bead,

Breath by breath,

Bead by bead.

When you complete the full circle and arrive back at the guru bead,

I invite you to pause there for a moment,

Take a moment to breathe deeply into your body,

Holding this affirmation within you,

Visualize it,

Feel it,

Know it,

Imagine that your affirmation has already become your reality,

You can see it,

Feel it,

Hear it,

Taste it,

Fully embody this belief as if it is already true.

If you feel called to repeat the practice for another round,

Simply turn your mala bead around and begin again in the opposite direction,

Starting once more at the guru bead.

Take your time,

Let your breath guide you.

You are planting powerful seeds within yourself,

May all the positive beliefs you've affirmed today blossom fully in your life,

May your words become your truth.
