Good morning.

Good afternoon or good evening.

Welcome to your meditation today Today's meditation will help you feel more centered and grounded letting go of things that are Holding you back from feeling the way you want to feel so go ahead and find your place that you want to meditate and Make your body and give it any adjustments necessary Maybe move it around twist left and right maybe give yourself a little backbend and then settling into your posture You can close your eyes And you can place your hands on your Either on your knees or your lap or you can place your hands in your lap with your right palm On top of your left right hand on top of left and your thumbs touching palms facing up And Then take a deep breath in through your nose Parting your lips and letting it all go Again deep breath in and then exhale let it all go You want you can do a few more breaths like that Relaxing your shoulders the space underneath and behind your shoulder blades Letting your head come pushed back a little bit so your ears are stacked over your shoulders which are stacked over your hips Relieving any pressure or tension that might be in the neck And then close your eyes And then close your eyes And now can you imagine the sky above you being an infinite source of light and Clearing clean energy Now imagine the top of your head opening up and that energy being able to channel down through your head Into your neck down into your whole central channel of your body Down into your root through your legs into your feet and down into the earth Again Now coming back to your the sky and imagining that clearing cleansing energy coming down into your body and as this Energy comes through your body Imagine it dissolving any sort of blockages that might be in your body Letting that energy travel through your body And down through your feet into the earth Now can you imagine things in the peripheral so distractions and thoughts and Conversations and images all the things that are around us that distract us and rather than pushing them away During this practice today.

We're gonna bring those things up to the earth Up towards the sky then down in towards us Imagine those things that we worry about coming down through us coming through our whole body letting it cleanse through our body as being a conduit a container to hold this cleansing energy and then let Those things come down through your whole body down into your legs into your feet and then letting it go onto the ground Down into your legs into your feet and then letting it go onto the ground Just notice your breath You can continue with this cycle of taking things from the peripheral and then bringing them up And down through the top of your head down through your whole body Using your body combined with the infinite source of energy above to channel and clear Any blockages that you have in your body?

Or you can simply be here and bring your attention to your breath And when your mind wanders you can bring it back to your intention You You You Now when you bring your awareness to your heart and the space above your chest Feel your chest rise and fall with the inhale and exhale And now I'm bringing your awareness back down to your toes Feeling the connection of whatever parts of your body you're touching the surface that you're on Take a deep breath in Let it go Bring your hands rub them together And place them over your chest or over your eyes and take a moment to feel gratitude for your own body And can you think of one other thing that you're grateful for Namaste
