Here's a very simple yet powerful way to drop out of thinking and into the heart space.
Start by letting your eyes soften.
Just rest your gaze on the This beautiful vista of this moment.
And then gently bring your focus,
The focus of your attention,
To the center of your chest,
Your heart space.
Allow your breathing to slow down a little so you can be more intentional,
More feeling.
So as you breathe in,
Feeling the air flowing in through your nose or your mouth,
Whatever is the most comfortable.
And taking your attention by the hand and just.

Resting in the heart.
Connecting with whatsoever is alive in your heart space,
Emotions,
Sensations,
Doesn't matter if they're active,
If they're calm.
Just being at peace and accepting whatsoever is alive in you.
In this moment So you feel your breath moving through the heart.
You can sense feel or imagine that breath is light energy color soothing bringing calm peace And then take a moment to pause.
To feel that.
To really connect with the aliveness of this moment in your inner world.
And then gently breathe out.
And feeling that energy flowing from your heart into every cell of your body.
So let that feeling grow as you exhale.
And then at the end of the out breath,
Without forcing anything,
Just gently pause again.
Before you start breathing in.
Just feeling whatsoever is alive in this moment.
Continue with another in-breath.
Allowing the body to do the work.
Breathing in,
Drawing energy,
Light,
Breath.
Love into the heart space.
Moment of stillness.
Fuel what's alive in you in this moment.
As you exhale.
Feel that energy,
That juice spread into every cell of your body.
Soothing,
Calming,
Cleansing.
Just feeling that release,
Letting go of the past,
Thoughts.
Stress,
Tension.
And again moving into that place of stillness.
Do you feel any shu?
And continue with that breathing until you find yourself settling into a place of relaxed awareness.
We feel more and the heart is a transformer of energy.
It will realign and balance.
Wherever you are,
It will intuitively guide you into a place of calm.
So the breathing becomes steady,
Easy.

Your mind will clear and you just feel really nice.
