If you can find a place where you could lay down,
Letting your arms rest away from your body,
Lifting your head and tucking your chin in towards your neck and chest,
And press your head back down.
Feel your belly swell and rise as you breathe in,
And pull your belly in as you breathe out,
Letting your eyes,
When you can,
Lift into the middle of your forehead.
Not always seeking this point,
But remembering this point of reference,
Concerns the intuitive self,
The inner voice of truth and silence,
As we go into a practice that's Tridoshic,
Or balancing for all doshas,
Repeating in your mind after me,
