Now to do your broad place clarity session I want you to sit comfortably in a chair with your back supported and your neck and your shoulders free.

Sit easily and start to focus on your breathing.

Let's take three large deep breaths in and out in and out in and out.

Now listen to the sounds around you.

Relax your body,

Let your shoulders fall.

Any tension in your neck,

In your throat,

In your jaw,

Let that fall away.

And now we're going to bring our attention slowly to a body part one by one and take a long slow deep breath in and out with our attention on each part of the body.

Let's start with our eyes.

Deep breath in and out.

Our attention on our nose,

Gentle breathing.

Now attention and energy placed on the mouth.

And now our whole face.

And our whole head.

Let's take a deep breath and slowly exhale and put attention on our neck.

And on our shoulders,

Letting all the tension fall away.

Let's move our attention to our arms.

First upper arms,

Then forearms.

While we gently breathe,

Let's move our attention to our hands.

Now let our attention fall on our chest and then drift down with gentle attention on our stomachs.

Now let's feel the energy moving across our backs.

And now our attention goes to our legs.

First upper legs and then lower legs with the calves.

Now with our body relaxing,

Let's put some attention on our feet.

Now I want you to bring your awareness to your entire body.

Take slow deep breaths,

Feel the way the energy is moving through the body now.

It's relaxing,

Tensions fading away.

Start to feel heavy.

Our mind might be busy with thoughts but we just keep on bringing our attention back to our breath and the sensations in our body.

Now if you can relax that a little bit more,

Just casting off any held tension in the body.

We're going to sit for another 10 minutes and just take it as it comes.

Thoughts will come,

Body sensations will be there.

We move our attention away from the thoughts and ever so gently come over to the sensations of the breath moving through the body and in and out of the nose and mouth.

I want you to take it as it comes.

When 10 more minutes is complete,

Just rest comfortably for a minute.

Notice how you feel and then your clarity session is complete.

Enjoy.
