Hello my friend,

Welcome to this sleep meditation.

Find a comfortable position,

Either lying down on your back or sitting in a cozy chair.

Allow yourself to settle in.

If you need to adjust your position,

Feel free to do so now.

Let's begin by focusing on your breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Allowing your abdomen to rise.

As you fill your lungs with air,

Hold your breath for a moment at the top.

Now exhale slowly through your mouth,

Imagining any tension leaving your body with the breath.

Repeat this two more times.

Inhale deeply,

Hold.

Exhale slowly.

Inhale deeply,

Hold.

Exhale slowly.

Do one more on your own.

Now,

Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

Inhale gently through your nose,

And exhale through your mouth,

Finding a soft,

Natural pace.

With each breath in,

Visualize calming energy filling your body,

And with each breath out,

Let go of any thoughts or stress from the day.

Now,

We will begin a body scan to help you release any tension.

Start at the top of your head.

Feel any sensations on the top of your head and throughout your scalp.

Bring your awareness to your forehead.

Notice if there's any tension there,

And with each exhale,

Let it soften.

Now,

Move down to your eyes.

Allow them to become heavy and relaxed.

Now to your cheeks and jaw.

Let your jaw unclench.

Feel it completely relax,

Letting go of any tension in your tongue.

Now continue down to your arms.

Feel the relaxation flowing through your biceps,

Your forearms,

And then all the way to your fingers.

Take a moment here,

Letting all your arm muscles relax.

Now,

Focus on your chest.

Feel your heart beating gently,

And with each breath,

Fill your chest with calming energy.

Shift your focus to your abdomen.

Let it soften.

Feel your body relax deeper as your breath rises and falls gently.

Now,

To your hips and thighs.

Release any feelings of tightness you may find there.

Breathe in deeply.

Exhale slowly.

Move your awareness down to your knees,

Calves,

And ankles.

Feel them getting heavier,

Surrendering to relaxation.

Finally,

To your feet.

Allow your toes to relax completely,

Letting go of any residual tension.

Take a moment here to feel your entire body relaxed and heavy.

Just breathe.

As you lay here relaxed and breathing,

Let's move to a peaceful visualization.

Picture yourself lying on a soft blanket of grass under an expansive night sky.

Above,

Countless stars twinkle and dance,

Their light gentle and serene.

Somewhere high above,

The moon glows brightly,

Casting a silvery light all around you.

Feel the cool,

Soft breeze against your skin.

Breathe in the night air,

Rich with the scent of nature.

Breathe in deeply.

Exhale slowly.

With each star,

Let your thoughts float away.

Imagine each star is a worry or concern that you release into the night sky.

As you breathe in,

Draw in the soothing light of the moon.

Let it fill you with calm.

Feel yourself becoming one with the night.

The stars are twinkling.

They're telling you it's time to rest.

With every breath,

Imagine you are sinking deeper into this peaceful landscape.

As the moon watches over you,

Guiding you towards a deep,

Restorative sleep.

Lay here for a few moments on your own,

Bathing in the moonlight.

Continue laying here in the moonlight as you drift off into the deepest sleep you've ever had.

Let your mind wander with the stars in the sky and drift even deeper.

You have nowhere to be,

Nothing to do.

Just sleep.

Know that you are safe and surrounded by the beauty of the night and the light of the moon.

Stay here in this peaceful state for as long as you need.

Allow yourself to drift off into restful sleep.

Let your mind wander in the moonlight,

Under the stars,

Cradled in the peaceful embrace of the night.

Continue to bask in the essence of the moon while listening to the peaceful sounds in the background.

Good night,

My friend.

Sweet dreams.
