Hello,
Welcome to this sleep guided meditation where I will encourage you into relaxation.
If you intend to fall asleep,
Lying down is most suitable.
Get yourself as comfortable as you can.
Consider putting a pillow under your knees to add more support to your joints.
I will pause to give you a minute to settle in.
Good,
Now that you're settled,
Close your eyes.
Allow your body to melt into the surface beneath you,
Coming into your body and the flow of your breath,
Simply lying here.
Now let your body sink further into your position,
Working out any kinks and adjusting yourself as necessary.
Observing your breathing and your body as a whole,
Mentally scan your body for areas of tension,
Starting at the top of your head,
Working slowly through your body to your toes.
Take your time here for a couple of minutes,
Doing this on your own.
Now that you have completed your body scan,
Notice the areas that feel the most relaxed,
Letting that feeling of relaxation grow on every breath in and out.
Your body deserves to rest and relax.
Your body helps you get through the day,
And now it's time to allow rest to overflow,
So that you wake up feeling rejuvenated.
Following my voice as I guide you into a more relaxed state and allow your mind and body to sleep.
If any thoughts are still lingering,
Allow yourself to observe them and acknowledge them.
And in your mind,
Tell your thoughts,
I see you,
I acknowledge you,
It's time for you to rest.
Taking a deep breath in,
Through your nose,
And on your exhale,
See those thoughts leaving and lifting away,
Dispersing into the air above and away from you.
Spend a minute here observing,
Acknowledging,
Breathing in,
And letting go as you breathe out.
Notice your body slightly rising and falling as you breathe in and out.
And following my voice as I take you down a beautiful path to the most beautiful mesmerizing body of water.
You are now on a soft grassy path around dusk time.
Ahead of you,
You can see a clear blue lake surrounded by mountains.
The sun is setting and casting a bright orange,
Yellow,
And red glow onto the lake.
You walk down the path now towards the edge of the lake.
Sitting at the edge of this beautiful water,
You see the most comfortable looking canoe.
You step into the canoe,
Which is equipped with blankets and pillows.
It's time to get in and get comfortable.
Nestling into this comfortable canoe and gently starting to float out into the glistening lake.
You are safe,
You are warm,
And you are protected.
Listening to the sounds of water lapping with a gentle breeze around you.
You take a deep breath in,
Filling up your lungs with oxygenated clean air,
And breathing out any leftover stresses.
Stay here for the next few minutes,
Just enjoying the feelings and sound of nature around you,
While the sun continues setting above you.
Through your heavy,
Sleepy eyes,
You can see the sun now fully setting behind the mountains.
A deep red glow of the sun setting disappears now behind the mountains.
The dark sky now beginning.
Stars peering through the night sky,
Glowing brighter,
Floating,
At ease.
So comfortable and calm.
The gentle sounds of frogs and crickets all around you.
Through your sleepy eyes,
The water shimmering now,
The lacid lake nearing the night sky.
The most relaxed atmosphere all around you.
The glistening surface of the lake,
So serene and mesmerizing.
Here in this moment,
Welcoming all of the enigmatic energy that surrounds you and supports you.
Allowing this feeling to envelop you fully.
Now,
Sleep.
You are so connected to Mother Nature all around you,
Filling you up with the healing energy you so need.
Accepting and allowing nature to recharge your battery as you sleep.
Your body naturally regenerating.
Mind and body of the gentle water rocking you,
Pacifying your mind,
Easing so effortlessly.
Your mind and body softens and releases completely into the deepest sleep.
You are safe.
You are supported.
You are protected.
You fully let go and are drifting,
Even noticing nothing.
Just being.
Here in this moment,
Your dreams to carry you away as your whole being.
You are sleeping so deeply now.
You need nothing.
Easing sleep.
Staying here as long as you need.
Allowing yourself to rejuvenate.
Blissfully sleeping with no worries in the world.
Your body regenerates on a cellular level.
You are in the deepest sleep now.
