When you're ready,

Lie down in a comfortable position,

Rest your hands beside you,

Palms facing upwards and allow yourself to fully melt into this experience.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

One more time inhaling for 3,

Continue this breathing pattern as you allow your nervous system to relax,

Melt into this moment,

Allowing yourself to fully surrender,

Allow your worries to be washed away by the sound of the waves,

Cleansing your soul.

When thoughts arise in your mind,

Gently sweep them aside,

Gently push them away,

Allowing yourself the full permission to rest for the night ahead.

Relax every bit of your muscles,

Starting from between your brows,

The muscles around your face,

Your neck to relax,

Your shoulders to relax,

Your arms,

Your stomach,

Your hips,

Into your bed,

Beneath you,

Gently,

Holding you,

Embracing you,

Supporting you,

Protecting you,

You're the warm embrace of the universe.
