Connect in with your breath.
Connect in with the inhale.
Feel it move through your body.
And connect to the exhale.
Notice the breath leaving your body.
In its purest expression,
Meditation brings us access to the present moment.
This moment right here that we can impact and make a new choice.
This can be life changing.
Sometimes we hold on to mistakes for too long and we get in our own way and our own ability to create the future.
