Welcome.
I'm Teresa.
And I'm so glad you're here.
Let's take a moment to let yourself arrive.
Right here,
Without needing to prepare.
Maybe noticing your breath.
The way it's already moving.
Without effort.
And the feeling of your body.
Supported.
In this moment.
If it feels okay,
Allow your shoulders to soften slightly.
Your jaw.
Your face your hands.
Nothing forced.
Just a little more space than before.
There can be a quiet pressure in life.
To get things right.
To make the right decision.
To choose the right path.
To say the right thing.
And that pressure can sit in the body.
As tension.
As urgency.
As a kind of constant scanning.
But what if you don't have to get it right?
Just for this moment,
Letting that question land.
Notice what happens in your body when you hear that.
What if you don't have to get it right?
There may be relief.
Or resistance.
A part of you that says,
But it matters.
But I have to choose well.
That part is welcome here.
You don't need to silence it.
And what if getting it right is not what makes you safe?
What is your worth?
Your belonging.
Your place in life doesn't depend on perfect choices.
Let your breath soften here.
Especially on the exhale.
You might imagine your body releasing just a little of that pressure.
Not all at once,
Maybe 5%.
Just enough to feel a shift.
What if you are allowed to make choices without knowing everything?
What if uncertainty is not a mistake,
But just part of being human?
You have made choices before.
Some that worked out.
And some that didn't unfold the way you expected.
And still.
You are here.
Breathing.
.
.
Living Continuing.
What if nothing about you was lost in those moments?
What if you were not as fragile as the pressure suggests?
Noticing your body again.
The steadiness of your breath.
As you breathe in.
And breathe out.
What if you can trust yourself to meet what comes,
Even if you don't get it right?
Not because everything will be easy.
But because you will still be here.
Responding.
Adjusting.
Learning.
Continuing on.
What if you don't need to hold your life so tightly?
What if there is space for you to move without perfect certainty?
Let that possibility settle without forcing yourself to believe it.
Just allowing a little more room inside your body.
You don't have to solve your whole life right now.
You don't have to guarantee the outcome.
You are allowed to take one step without knowing everything.
And what if that is enough?
Stay here for a few breaths,
Letting your body feel what it's like to not carry that pressure so tightly.
Nothing to prove to anyone,
And nothing to get perfectly right.
Just this moment being met as it is.
Take your time coming back to the room around you.
And take one more slow,
Steady breath before returning to your day.
If this meditation supported you,
You're always welcome to share it or leave a review so we can reach someone else who might need this kind of space.
Thank you so much for practicing with me today.
And as you return to your day,
Remember as always,
You are loved.
You are whole,
You are enough.
