Welcome love.

If the world feels heavy right now or if your inner landscape is moving through uncertainty,

This meditation is a place to land,

A moment to pause,

To feel what's true without being swept away by it.

This space is here to hold you during any turbulent time,

Whether the unrest is within you or around you.

There is no need to explain or fix anything.

There is only this breath,

This moment,

This invitation to come home to yourself.

So if it feels okay,

Settle into a comfortable position,

Whatever your body is asking for right now,

Whether it's seated,

Lying down,

Or wrapped in something soft.

Let comfort lead the way.

Let presence be enough.

Begin by noticing the breath as it moves through you,

No need to change it.

Just observe the rise and fall,

Like waves returning to the shore or leaves swaying gently on a branch.

If it feels helpful,

Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly.

Feel the warmth of your own presence.

With your next breath,

Invite a little more softness into your shoulders.

Let the weight you've been carrying begin to slide down,

Just for now.

Now breathe in slowly through the nose,

And sigh it out through the mouth.

Again,

Slower this time.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Letting go.

You are safe to be here.

You are allowed to rest.

Let's bring attention to your feet.

Feel them making contact with the floor,

The bed,

The earth.

Wiggle your toes.

Press down a little if it feels right.

Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet down through the floor,

Through layers of earth and stone,

Until they find stillness and anchoring below.

The earth holds you.

Now shift your awareness to your sit bones or back,

Anywhere your body is being held.

Notice what supports you.

Let yourself lean into it more fully.

You do not have to hold everything alone.

Scan up through your spine.

Let each vertebra rest into place.

Let your body know you don't have to brace anymore.

Even if life is uncertain.

Even if things are moving fast.

Right now,

In this breath,

You can slow down.

Bring gentle attention to your hands and clench your fists.

Place them on your lap,

Your heart,

Or the earth.

Let them rest.

Let them know there is nothing to grip right now.

Return to the breath.

Each inhale,

A remembering.

Each exhale,

A letting go.

Now allow these words to land gently within you.

You can repeat them silently or just let them wash over you.

I am allowed to feel overwhelmed and still be safe.

I root into the present moment,

One breath at a time.

Even in the chaos,

I am not alone.

The earth holds me.

My breath anchors me.

I am doing enough.

I am enough.

Calm finds me in the quiet places within.

Let your body absorb these truths.

Let your breath slow even more.

And let your heart rest in the knowledge that you are held.

That nothing is wrong with you for needing comfort.

That grounding is not resistance,

It is permission.

As we begin to return,

Notice how your body feels now.

Maybe there is a touch more space,

A bit more breath.

Maybe nothing has changed around you,

But something inside you remembers how to be steady in the storm.

How to stay soft and rooted at the same time.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Let yourself come back to the space you are in.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes or simply soften your gaze.

You can return to this practice anytime.

Anytime the world feels too loud.

Anytime you forget that peace is possible.

You are not broken.

You are becoming.

And this moment,

This breath,

Was enough.
