Start by bringing your attention to your heart,

The center of your chest.

Imagine that you're breathing in and out directly through your heart.

Find an easy rhythm that feels comfortable to you.

Now bring to mind someone or something that evokes a feeling of care.

Perhaps a person,

A pet,

A time in nature,

A special accomplishment.

Perhaps an experience when you felt love or appreciation.

Or just simply breathe in the sensation of gratitude in and out of your heart center.
