Explore MeditationChristine began meditating in 2010 in order to heal from chronic pain and this led her down the path to explore many different types of meditation modalities. She earned her 40-hr Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra teacher certificate under the tutelage of Jennifer Reis in 2014. In 2015, she completed her Master's Degree in Ecopsychology from Viridis Graduate Institute and wrote her Master's thesis on "An Ecopsychological Analysis of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra: Reorienting Ourselves Within the Web of Life."
