Come into stillness and remain still for deep nourishment.

You can repeat these words in your mind by saying,

I am awake and aware,

Practicing yoga nidra.

Feel your natural breath.

Now that your body is settled,

Feel your natural breath.

Your breath has its own rhythm and it's flowing through you at a pace that is optimal for you and your body.

So allow your bones to become heavy,

Just sinking deeper and deeper into stillness,

Releasing whatever it is that you came here with,

Letting all that go now,

Recognizing that you're in this present moment,

Just listening to the instructions of this meditation.

And you're gonna begin by imagining yourself in a place that is absolutely peaceful and calming for you.

So this place,

It might be outside in nature.

It could be in your home.

It's a place that brings you ultimate restoration,

Calm,

Protection,

And safety.

This could be a real place or it could be imagined.

Either way,

Just put yourself there now in your mind's eye and imagine the smells and the sights and what you hear,

Full sensory experience of this place that you find yourself.

Notice all the little details of your surrounding.

If you're near a tree,

What kind of tree is it?

Is it calm or are there waves?

But what's most important about this place that you've imagined is the sense of energy you have and you sense there.

This feeling of calmness and peace and serenity is part of your inner sanctuary.

So this inner sanctuary is always with you.

And so if at any point during your practice tonight you feel a bit off,

Return to your inner sanctuary.

Listen to the instructions that I give you,

Place that comforts you the most.

In this inner sanctuary,

You're gonna go even deeper into settling.

Pay attention to your heart center.

So it's from your heart center,

I'm going to ask what is my heart's deepest desire?

This create an intention from that.

The intention will take on the form of a positive statement in the present.

Deepest longing is to be healthy and feel stability.

Going to take your intention and repeat it three times,

A seed in the ground.

All of that go now.

Knowing that your intention is set,

We're going to take a journey through the body.

In this journey,

You simply have to listen and bring awareness to the body parts that I name.

And don't worry if it feels like you can't make that connection here,

Everything.

Again,

Just simply awareness and attention and remain free of agitation as you can.

So beginning with the mouth,

Beginning with the mouth and where the lips meet,

Bring all awareness and attention to the space.

Feeling and sensing your lips.

Feeling and sensing now your nose.

Attention now to eyes.

Sensing and feeling both eyes.

Floating in your skull as orbs of energy.

Sensing and feeling deeply the sense of energy of your eyes.

And now bringing your attention and awareness to your ears.

Sensing and feeling your ears.
