Inviting you to this first-person prayer for mindfulness.
Make yourself comfortable and feel free to agree with anything and everything you hear and wish to receive.
Let's begin.
Divine Breath of Life,
Thank you for the gift of this moment.
Thank you for my breath,
My life,
My senses,
For everything that I have and am able to control.
Thank you for all of the things that sustain me,
Including my breath.
Help me center myself and find peace in your presence as I breathe in and out throughout my day.
Guide my breath to bring calm to my mind and ease to my body.
Help me remember that as I breathe deeply and intentionally,
I can feel your love and feel myself being truly cared for by something much greater than me.
Let your grace flow through me all day today.
Thank you so much for all the ways that this happens.
Thank you so much for helping me to remember with each breath that I am always close to you.
And so it is.
