Take a deep breath and slowly exhale.

Take a final deep breath and slowly exhale.

Allow your shoulders to drop.

Allow your hands to unclench.

Hear the forest sounds around you.

Feel the love from Mother Nature.

Take a deep breath and slowly exhale.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed and ready to continue with your day.
