Be like a wave and let the waters come in as you slowly breathe in and let the wave wash away your problems and pain as you slowly breathe out.
With each inhale,
Say to yourself or out loud,
Be,
And with every exhale,
The word free.
That will be our daily mantra,
Be free.
Continue your slow,
Steady breathing and mantra as you listen to my words.
Today's focus is on our need to forgive.
To forgive is to go back in time in your mind before that hurt and behave the way you did then before you were ever jaded or hurt by that person or even yourself.
To fully forgive,
Things have to go back to the way you used to feel and act around this person before you experienced the hurt that caused you.
Because if you continue to hold that hurt and dwell on it,
Whether you realize it or not,
You are holding a grudge and holding yourself back from fully participating in this relationship.
Even if the person that needs forgiving is you,
The hurt and pain needs to be resolved,
Truly forgiven to move on and be happy and fully alive.
To be free of any animosity,
Hate,
Or grudges,
You need to forgive and give of yourself like you did before the hurt and betrayal.
No,
This is not easy,
But you will feel like a huge weight has been lifted,
Fully free to live,
To be the best you possible,
Not only for yourself,
But for that relationship too.
Feel the huge wave of emotion and negativity flowing away from you back into the ocean,
Freeing you to fully forgive.
Feel the lightness,
All the pressure has lifted off your shoulders and is flowing out into the ocean.
Now slowly open your eyes and feel the peace and tranquility wrapped around you like a warm blanket.
Bring this comfort and security with you into your day and into your relationships.
