Settle in with a warm hug and welcome.

I know this is a hard time and I have been there.

So let's take a journey together.

A journey of healing,

Healing your heart,

Or at least beginning the healing process.

Get comfy.

Start by giving yourself a big hug.

Know that you are going to be alright.

There is so much love in this universe all for you.

Accept it and let's enjoy these next few moments together.

Taking a couple of deep breaths in and out.

In through the nose and out through the nose or mouth.

Noticing how it feels to really breathe a long slow inhale and a gentle graceful exhale.

Land in this moment right here,

Right now.

Remember who you are.

Remember who you are when you feel whole and complete.

Think of a time,

Maybe when you were a young child or teen,

When you felt entirely happy and free.

You felt loved,

Full of happiness and joy.

Maybe it was a time as an adult.

I don't want you to think about what you were doing or who you were with.

I just want you to focus on those feelings.

Fullness,

Love,

Joy,

Happiness.

Maybe even laughter is coursing through this memory.

Take a few moments to place a memory and those feelings.

Alright,

Now I want you to put that memory into your heart or your pocket.

Maybe on your bookshelf but keep it close by.

Next I want you to place your hand on your heart.

Feel your heart beating.

Feel your chest rising and falling as you breathe in fresh rejuvenating air.

Sometimes when we are in the midst of disappointment it is hard to breathe properly.

Sometimes we forget to just take a moment to breathe and feel the feelings.

I want you to take this time to do exactly that.

If the tears need to flow that is okay.

When we feel the emotions and release them that is healing.

That is progress.

That is flow.

This is part of the process of recovery and part of the journey back to wholeness and love.

Take a few moments to yourself now.

If you do not feel like you want to cry anymore or feel more of the feelings then simply take this time to breathe and notice how your body is moving simply because of your breath.

All right.

It is time to move forward.

It is time to remember who you are as an individual.

It is time to love yourself.

To know that this painful heartbreak is temporary.

You will heal.

You will recover and you will move forward in life.

There will be new adventures,

New opportunities and new experiences just around the corner.

Think about your amazing qualities.

Maybe you are compassionate,

Honest,

Faithful,

Funny,

Motivated.

Perhaps you have a way of connecting with people and helping them.

You could be an athlete who is gifted in a specific sport or discipline.

Maybe you work with children,

Animals or seniors humbly giving your time and energy every day.

Take a moment to think of those qualities that you have.

Now I want you to see yourself as the absolute best version of you.

What are you wearing?

How are you standing?

What is your facial expression telling you?

What are you doing?

How do you feel?

Take a moment to see that best version of yourself and let it all sink in.

Feel that best version of yourself right to the core.

Remember how this feels.

Think of something that you saw in yourself that you can work towards.

Was it a smiling face?

Maybe you can make a pact to smile at least five times a day for the next week.

Perhaps it was a fit and healthy body.

Could you incorporate a walk or quick fitness or yoga practice to your day?

Maybe it was a beautiful wardrobe.

Can you go out and pick out a new top or pair of shoes?

Think of something that you can do that is a small step to that best version of yourself.

Now I want you to take a deep breath in and out.

I want you to remember who you are at the very depth of your soul.

Forgive yourself.

Forgive others.

Move forward with your life as your healing process continues.

Know that you can and you will have a beautiful life with or without a partner.

You can choose happiness and fulfillment for your life starting right now.

Let's take one last deep breath in and out.

Now wrap your arms around yourself again and give yourself a real hug this time.

A huge loving energizing hug full of happiness and contentment.

Now go get them tiger.

Thank you for meditating with me.

Namaste.

Peace and awesomeness to you and yours.
