Welcome to the relaxation spa.

I am honored to guide you into a peaceful state of mind.

As you relax,

I invite you to imagine that you are in the most tranquil spa and I will provide some guided breathing so that you can be fully present in your spa experience.

If you haven't already,

Gently close your eyes.

This time you have planned for you.

You have nowhere to be right now and nothing to do but relax.

Become balanced and let go of anything that holds you back from feeling and being your best.

Take a deep breath in and become aware of the surface you are on.

Breathe out.

Feel the breath,

Allowing it to relax you.

Breathing in and expanding.

Breathing out and relaxing.

Notice how you are cultivating relaxation with the breath.

Inhale deeply and exhale,

Melting into peacefulness.

Each breath brings you balance.

Allow peaceful feelings to sweep over your entire body.

Breathing in and out.

Returning to a natural state of relaxation.

Breathing in,

Letting go.

Notice the points of contact that your body is making with what is supporting you.

The seat beneath you,

Your feet on the floor,

Your hands and arms on your legs.

You have nothing else to do right now.

You can fully let go and relax.

Breathe.

Enjoy being at the spa.

Relaxation allows your body to return to a natural state of harmony.

Breathing in and out.

Away from distractions and focusing on you.

Deeply understanding the power in focusing on your breath.

Breathe.

Follow the rise and fall of the chest.

Up and down.

Know that you have the innate ability to relax wherever and whenever you want to by tuning into the breath.

Inhale and exhale.

As you relax more and more as each moment passes by,

Feel your body melting away any sign of tension.

You can fully let go of anything that holds you back.

Welcome this opportunity.

Breathe.

Let go.

Let any concerns drift away like clouds.

You deserve to live your best life and achieve your goals.

Inhale and exhale.

Imagine that you can release any stress.

Breathe in and exhale any doubt.

Inhale and exhale any fear.

Breathe in deeply.

And let go of any worry.

You deserve to be free from tensions,

Any stress.

Now begin to inhale all that makes you confident and happy.

And soften.

Breathing in passion.

And relax.

Inhale a strong desire to live out your dreams.

And soften.

Breathing in perfect balance in knowing your strengths.

And calm.

And breathe in with a gracious heart,

Awareness of where you still need to grow.

And relax with grace.

Breathing in positivity and gratitude and possibility and balance.

Right now you can start living your best life.

Visualize yourself clearly living exactly as you desire.

Breathe into this picture of you to make it as real and detailed as possible.

You are healthy,

Vibrant,

Strong,

Capable.

Breathing.

You see the world around you in a different light,

Not constrained and not restricted.

Instead the world is being cared for like never before.

And all humanity is united in this shared human condition.

A time out like we have never experienced before and may never experience again.

An opportunity.

A gift of time.

Of space.

Of reflection.

And peace.

Inhale and exhale.

We all have the desire to live the life of our dreams.

And it is possible through daily conscious relaxation.

Taking the time to breathe.

To still the body.

Relax the mind.

Calm the soul.

Free the heart.

Balance the spirit.

Living in and out.

Calm and serene in your own spa.

Nothing can get in your way of success and happiness.

Dedicating your life to kindness.

Genuinely appreciating those around you.

Breathing.

Relaxing.

Enjoying this moment and each moment after.

Life is a gift.

Breathe in every moment.

Visualize yourself doing all that you ever wanted to do.

Accomplishing anything you set your mind to.

Breathe in and out.

Let go.

Energize with creativity.

Balance.

Build strength and resilience.

Inhale and exhale.

And when you're ready,

In your own time,

Gently open your eyes.

Observe your body and your mind.

Feel the energy.
