Things keep growing,
The day before,
Things are still began.
It's the thing that I forgot I had so much to shown.
Become still and take three deep breaths.
Placing your hands on your belly.
Landing in a deeper place within yourself.
Focusing on the out-breath.
Feeling all your energy run from your head,
From your thinking mind,
From the shoulders where you carry the weight of the world.
Down your back,
Down your chest,
Into a deeper place.
Allowing your energies to gather,
To pool in your hara beneath your navel.
And from here,
With each out-breath,
Allowing energy to flow from your spine down into the earth.
Imagine growing an energetic root.
Deep,
Deep,
Down into the fertile soil of the earth.
She creates and grows and nurtures.
Dig your roots deep into her moist and fertile soil.
Connecting with her strength,
The solid ground she is.
And feel her connection to you.
Feel your connection to her.
Feel how her energy feeds you.
Just like the water rises in the tree through its veins.
So does your life force rise from the earth through your energetic pathways.
Now open and drink her in through your roots.
She freely gives and feeds and nurtures.
Replenishing your exhausted selves.
Feeding you like a mother feeds her child.
Her beautiful,
Loving,
Nurturing energy.
There would be nothing without her.
Breathe her up to the top of your head.
Opening your crown chakra.
Allowing her to gently,
Gently unfold every curled up petal of the lotus flower.
The crown of your head.
Feel the light of the sun kissing you from above.
Inviting the flower to trust,
To drink,
To receive in the warmth,
The light,
The energizing beams of the sun.
Let her fill you.
Let them fill you.
Let the light of your trust to open.
And feel the rays of the light permeating your body.
Surrounding every cell of your flesh and penetrating you.
And within each cell merging with the nurturing energy of the mother.
Feminine and masculine merging in perfect harmony.
Within you,
Endlessly,
Every moment of every day.
Sustaining you,
Making your heart beat.
Connecting the earth below and heavens above.
