Find a comfortable position and take a few breaths to land in your body.

Deep breath in and letting go with the outbreath.

And as you breathe,

Start to slightly undulate your spine.

Bringing the head back gently and bringing it back forward with the outbreath.

Just finding the image of a snake,

Imagine your spine being a snake,

And softly gently letting it undulate with your breath.

Breathing in,

Arching.

Breathing out,

Concaving.

And find a rhythm that works for you.

Softening your spine and focusing on the outbreath.

Making the outbreath a bit longer than the inbreath.

And if you find stuckness somewhere in your body,

Shake it out,

Give your shoulders a little shake.

And if you want to get up and also give your hips a little shake,

Or do it in your chair,

Just move on your pelvis back and forth.

Waking up all of your spine and allowing your energy to drop into a deeper place.

To relax your diaphragm.

And let the energy drop from your head,

From your shoulders,

From your chest,

Down into your womb.

In your womb.

Sitting in your pelvis.

Being held.

The pelvis being a bowl.

Let all the energy get collected in.

Then imagine it to start swirling.

Swirling.

Swirling.

And opening your womb space in a swirling motion.

And as your womb opens,

Relax your pelvis a little bit deeper.

Relaxing your perineum.

Relax the muscle between the anus and the vagina,

Or the genitals.

Relaxing the muscles of your vagina.

Breathing into your vulva,

Opening.

Feeling that tender flower that is so sacred.

And find the image of a flower in the spring.

Pedal so tender.

And yet so strong in their opening.

And with each out-breath,

Imagine the tender folds of your yoni gently,

Gently opening.

Opening towards the safe energy of Mother Earth.

Feeling met with pure tenderness and care.

Feeling the Great Mother holding you and rocking you and whispering in your ear.

You are safe now,

My child.

It is safe to let go in this moment.

Feel how I am holding you.

Feel how I am beneath your feet.

Always.

So you can let go.

And be carried with compassion for all the pain you have been enduring in this lifetime.

And understanding.

For whatever it is,

You need to be held in right now.

Because it's too big and too heavy to carry on your shoulders or figure out in your head.

Let it be held for you.

In the arms of the wise mother that cares for you.

Imagine starts to drink up her nourishing energy through that open flower of your yoni.

Imagine gently breathing in the energy of pure love,

Of kindness,

Of deep caring and of healing.

Drink it up into your body.

Breathe it up into all the organs and all the parts that are connected to you.

That are thirsty for healing,

That are crying for softening,

That have been holding and closing and protecting for so long,

For so many generations.

Allow them to find safety in just this moment.

And replenish and heal.

Just like a flower drinks in the sunshine.

Imagine healing light streaming into your womb through that tender blossom.

And then place one hand on your womb and one on your heart.

Coming back with all of your body.

Coming to a closing of this meditation.

And imagine whatever it takes for you to feel safe,

To stay as soft and open as you may.

And yet find a layer of protection around you.

Maybe a bubble,

A sphere to surround you.

An extra layer.

An extra layer of protection around you.

And imagine what it takes for you to feel safe,

To stay as soft and open as you may.

And imagine what it takes for you to feel safe,

To stay as soft and open as you may.

And imagine what it takes for you to feel safe,

To stay as soft and open as you may.

And imagine what it takes for you to feel safe,

To stay as soft and open as you may.

And imagine what it takes for you to feel safe,

To stay as soft and open as you may.

And imagine what it takes for you to feel safe,

To stay as soft and open as you may.
