Find your feet on the ground.

Finding out the past.

Becoming aware of all your senses to bring you into this present moment.

Living with your sense of smell.

What does this moment smell like?

A taste in your mouth.

The sense of temperature on your skin.

What do you see on the inner eye?

Do your eyes close?

Are there any images?

Moving to the inner sensations of your body.

What sensations are you aware of?

As you breathe deeply and become present.

If you detect any tension in your body,

Can you breathe into it and let it go?

Just for this moment.

Then search for a place in your body that feels good,

Where you feel relaxed and connected.

And land there for a moment,

Creating a home base.

To connect with yourself.

And find an image or that feeling of connecting with yourself.

An image from nature or an archetype.

What image do you associate when you're connecting with yourself?

Allowing that to arise.

And detecting the details of that visual.

Allowing all parts of you to connect with that self.

Whatever that is.

See if you can imagine to align all the fragmented parts that stray off throughout the day.

To gather back,

Bring them all back.

All the lost inner children.

All the busy parts of you.

All the worried parts.

All the fearful parts.

And invite them all back.

To gather around that self.

That you are.

Expanding the self.

As you breathe into it.

To become as large as it needs to be.

To hold all of you.

All of your parts.

The ones that you like.

The ones that you don't care about.

The ones that you don't like.

Make room for them all and create a sanctuary.

For you.

And around that sanctuary imagine a boundary.

A membrane.

A bubble.

That creates that extra safety.

For you to be all that you are.

And feel how this sanctuary is connected to the earth.

With the energies of the divine feminine below.

The good mother.

That we are sitting on and walking on.

And living on.

Finding your roots.

And bring your energy out to the universal forces and see how you.

Little you.

Just a small tiny part.

A big world.

A vast universe.

Of mysterious forces at play.

And it all obeys an unseen force.

Unspoken rules.

The way the planets move through space.

The galaxies form.

And move through space.

And while you're just a little speck.

Having a journey on planet earth.

The whole universe also lives within you.

You are within the universe.

And the universe is within you.

We're all just practicing.

On this journey of being human.

Making peace with the big mystery.

Questioning the suffering that's happening and the insanity.

And yet finding moments of peace and stillness.

Creating room for it all.

Making space.

For all of life.

Your place in it.

And to close this meditation I invite you to find an archetype.

That represents you.

What is it that you have come for onto this planet earth?

What is it that your soul wants to be and experience and do?

In this very particular lifetime you're experiencing right now.

Don't think too much about it.

Feel it.

What's that passion,

That driving force in you?

What is it that makes you tick?

What is it that lights your fire?

What is it that brings you joy?

That deeply satisfies you and nurtures you.

Let all these feelings create an image,

An archetype.

A being.

A soul being.

On a journey.

Through you.

And then gently place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Take another deep breath to come back to your body.

And journey back into this moment,

Into the chair you're sitting in.

Or the place you're sitting in.

And gently open your eyes.

To come back to the here and now.

And journey back into the here and now.

And journey back into the here and now.
