I would like to invite you to come with me for a walk into the forest.
Let's take a few deep breaths together before we start.
Breathing in all the way and letting go with the out breath.
Another deep breath in.
And with the out breath start to imagine a beautiful mossy path.
And the spring sun that beckons to you.
You start to take the first steps.
And this soft green spring ground,
He might want to walk barefoot.
Slowly.
Breathing in the feeling of the cool morning dew on the soft moss on the soles of your feet.
The sun is out and it's just warm enough.
The sensation is pleasant.
Allowing your body to wake up.
Starting with your feet.
Then your shins.
Your knees.
Bringing the energy moving up your body as your awareness rests for a moment on each part of you.
Bringing the energy up to your thighs.
Your hips.
Your pelvis.
Your lower back.
Your hara.
The center of your energy underneath your belly button.
Take an extra breath here.
Traveling upwards your spine to your solar plexus,
Your mid back.
Your chest and your upper back.
Breathing in fresh spring air.
Relaxing your shoulders.
Your arms and your hands.
Using tension in your throat chakras.
Your jaw.
Giving your face a little massage if you detect any tension here.
While you gently breathe into the tension.
Touching your temples.
Your forehead.
Your skull.
Then bringing your focus to your energetic field around your physical body.
Just becoming aware.
What does the energy feel right around you?
Imagine yourself in a sphere of energy.
A safe bubble that protects you as you walk deeper into the forest.
You're now bringing your awareness to the world around your own energy.
To the earth awakening to the call of spring.
Listen to the sounds of the forest.
The birds singing.
Leaves whispering in the light breeze.
Feeling the breeze on your skin.
And the temperature of this warm spring day.
Feeling the sun filter through the canopy of the forest.
Touching your skin.
Ever so gently like a tender caress of light.
Letting it penetrate into your body and fill you.
Smelling the air as you breathe in.
The scent of the trees.
And the bushes.
The moss and the soil beneath your feet.
Opening your heart to let it all in.
The blessing of this very moment.
The gratitude for being alive in this moment.
And then extend your gratitude for the trees that surround you.
Feeling their life feeding your life.
Feeling the exchange of your breath and their breath.
As you breathe out,
They breathe in.
As they breathe out the oxygen that is your source of life.
To open,
To receive.
And send back gratitude through your roots into their roots.
Becoming aware of that which you take for granted every single day.
You're walking a little bit faster now.
Deeper into the forest.
And as you do,
You understand the deeper you get.
The older the trees are that you see.
And you can feel with awe their majestic presence.
They have you slow down.
They have you find reverence for life itself.
You slowly continue to walk.
Finding one particular tree that you are drawn to.
It's almost like as if it's calling your name.
Drawing you close.
And as you come closer and closer,
You need to stop and bow your head.
For you know you are in the presence of something sacred.
Of something ancient.
Of a being.
That holds wisdom.
The wisdom that we need.
To move forward on this planet that was given into our hands to steward.
To take care of.
And while you want to stay away a little bit in reverence,
You feel that tree drawing you in deeper.
It wants you close.
And they'll walk right up to it.
And put your body against theirs.
Feeling the strength.
And feeling the compassion of the ancient one.
These are the elders of the forest.
And like all trees,
Their frequency is the frequency of compassion.
As you wrap your arms around this tree,
You feel that it is the tree that is holding you.
So listen.
Listen to their message.
What is the truth?
You need to know.
Right now.
And what is the next step?
You are taking.
You now step away.
Waking this tree in whichever form you want.
Embarking on your journey home.
Where is home?
Let your spirit take you there.
Your feet follow.
You're walking out into a lighter part of the forest again.
Coming back with your awareness into your body.
Placing one hand on your heart.
And one in your belly.
And gently,
Gently opening your eyes.
Coming back to the space you're in.
Be cooler now.
Regulators.
