Self-worth is found within us, although we have been conditioned to look outward for it through comparison to others and measuring our achievements. This guided meditation is a reminder of who we are. We are enough, and we are love.

Hello to you,

My sweet,

Sweet soul.

Congratulations,

You have arrived.

Whether you landed here softly,

Mindfully,

Or if you crashed through life and were forced to slow down,

There is no judgement.

You're here now,

And that is what matters.

We are going to explore self-worth today.

This is inherently inside of you,

My dear,

Dear love.

You can stop searching outside of yourself,

Trying to measure yourself to your peer,

Your classmate,

Your partner,

Your co-worker,

Your mother,

Your father.

All of those people,

We are all equal.

We are born from our very first breath,

With self-worth inside of us that we can access at any time.

So sit your weary self down and let go.

Today is your day to look inward and find what has always been there.

We soldier through life at times,

In survival mode,

Blind to what is around us,

Feeling out of control,

Ploughing through life just to survive.

My dear,

Sweet friend,

I am here to tell you,

To remind you,

This is not the way it has to be.

You are perfect and beautiful and full and worthy.

You are love.

You are light.

That sweet,

Sweet nectar in the flowers,

That stardust,

That beautiful sunset,

That first dive into the lake where you feel the crisp water envelop you.

We are all perfect from our very first breath.

My dear,

Sweet friend,

I am here not to teach you,

But to remind you of who you are.

We get covered in layers of protection,

Debt,

Guilt,

Past generations of ideas of who we're supposed to be and how we pinball our way through our lives looking,

Searching tirelessly for the same thing.

That love,

That worth,

But you've always had it.

It is within you.

It is inside you.

It is you.

We are all a web of connection.

We are all energy.

Just take your shoes off.

Put your feet to the earth.

Remind yourself we are one.

We are worthy.

We just need to remember who we are.

There's nothing here to learn and no need for comparison.

We are whole and we are worthy.

My dear,

Sweet soul how you have traveled,

How you have stockpiled your friends,

Your money and your job,

Your career all of your things to try to measure up to some level that is non-existent and will always keep you hungry.

Today,

I say,

You have arrived.

Let go.

Look inward.

You are already home.

We are all the same.

Inherently worthy and perfect spiritual beings having a human experience.

We are all just pure light,

Love and energy.

My dear,

Dear sweet soul and it is I who am here to remind you that you are home.

You are loved.

You are worthy.

You can take a deep breath.

Just sigh it out.

Just knowing everything you ever wanted.

You already have.

It exists within you.

You have abundance.

You have love.

This is for you to check in with yourself.

Remember who you are.

So please be grateful for that wind in your hair and that beautiful sunlight coming through the trees and that fresh summer rain that leaves everything smelling wet.

Be grateful,

Sweet,

Sweet soul for you are uniquely you.

You are the only one in existence who will ever be exactly you.

So please be grateful for who you are.

Be grateful for that heart beating in your chest and the breath that keeps you here.

The light in me sees and acknowledges the light in you.

Namaste.
