The intention of this meditation is to slowly wake your mind and body and to get ready for moving through the day with confidence,
Clarity,
Focus and direction.
Now,
Take a moment to arrive.
No need to rush into the day just yet.
Sit comfortably or stay lying down.
Let your body wake up slowly.
If it feels okay,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in and let it fall out.
Let your breathing settle for a while.
Gently deepen your breath.
Inhale through the nose for the count of 4 and exhale slowly for the count of 6.
I'll guide you first.
Inhale 2,
3,
4.
Exhale 2,
3,
4,
5,
6.
Again,
Inhale 2,
3,
4.
Exhale 2,
3,
4.
Let it be smooth,
Unforced.
Now continue at your own pace.
Slow in,
Long out.
With each inhale,
Invite energy in.
With each exhale,
Release anything heavy.
Feel your body waking.
Your face,
Your shoulders,
Your chest.
A quiet strength starting to rise.
Notice this moment,
A new day in front of you.
Meet this new day with a smile.
You don't need to rush into this day,
But you can step into it.
And from this place,
We bring a few affirmations.
Let them be no force,
Just presence.
I step into this day with calm strength.
I trust myself.
I can handle what comes.
I move with clarity,
Focus and direction.
I don't wait to feel ready.
I begin.
I stand grounded,
Steady and capable.
I show up fully as I am and that is enough.
Now invite a little more energy in.
A deeper inhale.
A fuller exhale.
Once again,
A deep inhale.
Feel your body becoming more awake,
More present.
Notice the strength in that.
Calm down.
Become aware of the space around you,
The room,
The air.
Gently move your fingers,
Your toes,
Maybe stretch a little.
Take a deep breath in.
And when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
You are steady.
You are capable.
No pressure.
Just move forward,
One step at a time.
