Take a deep breath into the center of your belly.
And as you exhale,
Allow your shoulders to soften and relax.
Sense that you are in the midst of a breath ocean with fresh,
Friendly air all around you in every direction.
And just as each and every drop of water in the ocean is part of the ocean,
So are you a part of this vast,
Welcoming breath ocean.
Feel your oneness with the infinite ocean.
Enjoy being comforted and nourished as you are floating in and on the vast ocean of breath.
As you breathe easily,
Feel a slow motion wave of relaxation moving from the crown of your head,
Flowing all the way down through your entire body,
All the way down through your fingers and toes.
Now,
Imagine there is a sacred vacuum up above you.
And with your permission,
This vacuum is now helping to clear up and out anything from within and around your body that's not serving a positive purpose.
Sense all that is being collected by this vacuum is going up a vent to an energy upcycling center in the sky to be transmuted into its highest potential.
Lead with your childlike sense of play and imagination and allow yourself to enjoy the releasing and letting go of anything that's not enriching your wellbeing.

Feeling more space within and all around you from this cleansing.
As the sacred vacuum is turned off for now,
Imagine a crystalline waterfall of light above you that is now bursting open and showering its healing energy upon you.
Breathe that light in,
Feel it drenching you,
Welcome it into your body and being on all levels.
Let the breath be your constant friendly companion as it draws that nourishing light into all the cells of your body and every aspect of your being,
Helping to refresh,
Align,
And integrate all the aspects of you.
