Balloon Breath Map Vividly imagine that your body is made of balloon material.

Inhale,

Expanding into every direction of your balloon body.

And as you exhale,

Empty your balloon body completely.

Luxuriate in receiving this slow motion inflation,

Expanding into every area of your balloon body.

Inflate a bit more,

And as the air flows out,

Feel all tension dissolving and disappearing as you let go completely.

Continue savoring the fullness of each balloon breath.
