Hi there and welcome to this lovely session where we're going to be using the power of EFT tapping and repetition to just reprogram the mind ready for sleep.

All you need to do for this is just follow along,

Just copy what I say,

Copy what I do.

We're really going to let that nervous system relax and soften before we go to bed so that we can have a lovely night's sleep.

So get yourself nice and comfortable where you're sitting or lying down and we're going to begin with a nice deep breath.

So breathing in through the nose and exhaling when you're ready.

Tapping on the side of the hand,

Repeating after me in your mind or out loud.

Four really simple affirmations we're going to be saying here,

Okay?

It's a slightly slower pace.

I release.

I soften.

I sink.

I sleep.

Eyebrow.

I release.

Side of the eye.

I soften.

Under the eye.

I sink.

Under the nose.

I sleep.

Chin.

I release.

Collarbone.

I soften.

Under the arm.

I sink.

Top of the head.

I sleep.

Side of the eye.

I soften.

Under the eye.

I sink.

Under the nose.

I sleep.

Chin points.

I release.

Collarbone.

I soften.

Under the arm.

I sink.

Top of the head.

I sleep.

Really relaxing through the body.

Eyebrow.

I release.

Side of the eye.

I soften.

Under the eye.

I sink.

Under the nose.

I sleep.

Chin.

I release.

Collarbone.

I soften.

Under the arm.

I sink.

Okay,

Stop tapping there.

Place both hands on your heart centre.

Close your eyes and let's repeat those again three times.

You can say this in your mind.

I soften.

I sink.

I sleep.

I soften.

I sink.

I sink.

I sleep.

I release.

I soften.

I sink.

I sink.

I sleep.

Just let the tapping fade away now.

Just carry this feeling of quiet release with you as you go to sleep tonight.
