So as usual we're going to move in to our mini moment of meditation.
And we're just going to settle in with a really juicy deep breath,
Very gentle,
Breathing in through the nose at your own pace.
And releasing.
And releasing.
Just taking a short body scan,
Finding where that tension's hiding.
Maybe taking a moment to unclench the jaw.
Maybe there's some feelings of I have to be a certain person today.
I have to perform well.
I have to be productive.
I have to be a person.
Maybe we can get excited about doing something new,
Learning a new skill.
Just doing something out of our comfort zone to challenge those thoughts or stories that we've been telling ourselves for so long.
In the body,
Can we invite that excitement in?
Taking a moment to connect to that feeling,
Continuing those nice deep breaths.
Allowing them to flood the entire system.
As we take a moment here to gently ease out,
Fully honoring ourselves and this mini practice by taking one final deep breath,
Breathing in through the nose at your own pace.
And fully releasing.
And fully releasing.
Easing back into your day completely in your own time.
