Begin to just settle into your space.
Start to take a long,
Long deep inhalation.
And just sigh it out.
And as you sigh out,
Release any tension that you're holding on to in your body.
Maybe wiggle your body into your space a little bit further,
Settling in deeper into your space,
Allowing the ground that you sit on or lay on to hold you.
Realizing that whatever you're sitting on or laying on is connected so deeply to the earth.
And begin to settle into that sensation.
Another long,
Deep inhalation and just imagine your breath coming in from the top of your head and pausing at your throat.
Your heart passing through your core and release it to the ground.
And as we cycle our breath,
We begin to activate our body.
We begin to move the energy inside.
So when we breathe our next breath,
I want to invite you to imagine it drawing in from the ground.
And as it passes through your entire body,
Pausing at your heart,
Your throat,
Your forehead,
And then release it through the crown of your head,
Settling the energy in your body,
Allowing the sounds to soothe you and to hold you.
Music Music Music Music You are held and it's safe to let go,
To release the tension you hold on to.
Music I want to invite you to release even further than you already were.
Releasing the tension in your jaw,
Your eyebrows,
Your hands,
Your toes,
Your feet.
Until you melt like an ice cream cone on a hot day,
You drip and release fully.
Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Music At this time I want to invite you to imagine yourself sitting by your favorite tree.
A favorite tree.
And go out and seek one and find one right now in your mind's eye.
And when you get to the tree,
Just sit there feeling the energy.
Imagining its roots running deeply in the earth,
Far into the ground and the soil.
Even imagine them endless,
Reaching to the core of the earth.
And as you connect with this power,
Imagine yourself rooted in the same way as the tree.
Music Music And as you root further and deeper into the ground,
I want to invite you to release what is no longer serving you,
Held in fear and judgment and worry.
