Either finding a comfortable seat or lying down.
Close down your eyes when you're ready.
Starting to slow down your breath.
And sending the breath down towards the pit of your belly and as you're breathing as best as you can,
Breathing into the belly,
Feel the belly expand,
Fill up and as you exhale the belly draws back to the spine.
Do that two more times,
Nice and slow,
Steady.
Good and I call in all of our angels and guides,
All the ancestors,
Star family,
Galactic brothers and sisters,
Any spirit animals that want to join us today,
Ascended masters,
The seraphim angels,
And any other frequencies of love,
Light and pure intention that are meant to support you with clearing around the thoracic chakra.
Our thoracic chakra is our portal of expression,
Placing our truth out into the world and this is a chakra that can easily be shut down by the world.
So in today's healing we'll be clearing,
Releasing and opening this space so you can share more of your truth,
More of your message and more of your heart with the world through your voice.
So bring your awareness to the very center of the throat,
Visualizing a blue orb of light and as you focus on that blue orb of light just observe what it wants to do here,
Whether it's just stationary,
Whether it's expanding,
Whether it's moving,
And rolling through the neck,
Just bringing all of your awareness to this blue orb of light.
If you feel the need to yawn or burp or start humming,
There's anything active happening through the throat chakra throughout this meditation,
This healing,
Let it.
And when you feel ready,
Just starting to hum here,
Feeling this vibration move through the throat chakra.
Keep humming,
Slow breath in and hum on the exhale.
And asking this energetic space now,
Where in this life or perhaps even past lives have you been shut down?
I'll give you a few minutes here just to ask this question,
Just trust what comes through without any judgment.
I'm calling Archangel Michael,
Just to support with any cord cutting that needs to happen through the throat.
Anywhere you're still energetically connected that is not serving you.
And if your body is asking you to do anything right now,
Just let that happen.
Whether that is yawning,
Humming,
Singing,
Placing your hand around the throat chakra,
Doing your own energy work,
Breathing heavily,
Taking a big exhale,
Whatever your body is asking you to do,
Just let that happen.
And if you feel you're just meant to be here in stillness,
That's also perfect.
Setting the intention here to clear and release any trauma to the throat chakra,
Any shutdown of the throat chakra.
Anywhere where you felt disempowered to speak your truth,
Setting the intention now to start clearing and releasing that from the throat.
I'm calling Saint Germain on the flight,
Violet Flame,
To move through the throat chakra area.
And opening your crown chakra,
The energy center that's a few inches above the top of your head,
And just calling through divine light,
Healing energy,
To move down through the crown,
Through your third eye,
To your throat.
Allow the energy just to swirl around the throat,
Clearing and cleansing from the inside.
And then as you exhale,
Almost like,
This is an interesting visual,
But almost like Frankenstein when he releases steam from his throat,
Through the bolts in his throat.
I want you to do that with this light.
So I'm breathing in this light to the throat,
And as you exhale,
Just starting to exhale of the sides of your neck,
The front of the neck,
The back,
All around the side,
Just letting this energy come out as steam,
Clearing and releasing and cleansing through this space.
Again,
I ask Saint Germain and Violet Flame to wash through your entire body and your aura to clear and cleanse anything that's been released,
And so it is.
Beautiful,
And then we'll take three slow breaths together,
Breathing in through the nose.
And open the mouth,
Let the breath go out of the mouth.
Good,
Over the next two breaths,
Let that exhale be more audible.
So breathing in,
Breathing out.
One more time like that.
And then just allowing yourself to be here.
For the next minute.
And whilst you're here,
Just open and receptive.
This is totally up to you if you would like to do this.
If you would like to place like an energetic crystal inside of the throat chakra to continue with cleansing,
Clearing,
You can just set the intention to do that and visualize a crystal being placed at the very centre of your throat to support with this continued clearing and activation through this space.
And just knowing that you can keep that there for as long as you would like,
And at any point where you want that to be removed,
You can just set the intention to do so,
And that will be.
When you're ready,
Just starting to bring your awareness back to your entire body.
