Embrace unconditional love as you clear and bless your home making it sparkle from the inside out.

Hello,

My name is Susan Dentino and what we are going to be doing in this meditation is clearing and blessing your home.

I find that this is a really powerful meditation to use if you've had any type of work done on your home,

If you're preparing it to sell,

And my favorite way to use it is whenever I'm entertaining.

What it does is it creates a heart center in your home so that each and every person that comes in feels the unconditional love which you have set there.

It really is something that will create an atmosphere where your home will be sparkly from the inside out.

So I invite you to join me and what we're going to be doing is a guided meditation.

So you can get in the lotus position with legs crossed,

Sitting nice and straight,

Palms facing up.

You can sit in a straight back chair with your feet firmly on the ground and again palms facing up.

Or you can lay down.

I know sometimes people worry that if they fall asleep that the benefits of the meditation will not be there,

But it's my belief that they are.

So get nice and comfortable and let's begin now.

And I invite you to gently close your eyes,

Take a deep breath,

Filling the belly fully,

Feeling it expand.

And now slowly release.

And again,

Inhale,

Filling the belly fully,

Feeling it expand.

And now beginning with the belly,

Allow the out breath to go through the diaphragm and the lungs and finally the nose.

And again,

One more time,

Inhale,

Fill that belly fully.

And now exhale,

Beginning with the abdominals and moving through the chest.

I'd like you to visualize what you consider the center of your home.

And in that center,

I would like you to visualize a small fuchsia pink colored ball.

This is a ball of energy and this ball is infused with unconditional love.

Now that you have your brilliant ball of light,

I'd like you to see this fuchsia energy slowly expand.

Let it bring in the rooms that surround the heart of your home and see these rooms bathed in unconditional love,

Clearing and cleansing any negativity,

Any residual energies that might need to be removed.

See them all dissipate.

And now see this brilliant ball of light expand even further so that it is enclosing the entire interior of your home.

The energy is tingling and alive with unconditional love.

There's happiness and joy,

Peace in these rooms,

Each and every one of them on the interior of your home.

And now we're going to expand the fuchsia ball of light so that it encloses the entire house from the outside,

All of the landscaping,

All of the building,

Wherever your home resides.

See it glistening brilliantly with this brilliant ball of light.

And now we're going to expand it even further so it goes out to the street where you live.

All of your neighbors,

Everybody that surrounds you is bathed in this unconditional love.

And take a moment now to visualize some of your neighbors with huge smiles on their faces and see them going about their day happy because they know that they are feeling the energy of this unconditional love that you have created.

You see acts of kindness,

You see acts of compassion,

All based on the love.

I'd like you now to expand this so this love encloses your entire town,

Wherever it is that you live.

And now each and every person that comes into your town,

Your city gets a sense of this well-being.

Visualize yourself floating above your town and seeing where you live in all its splendor.

It's a sparkling beam of light,

A sparkling beam of love.

And as you hover over your city,

You see this light expand so it takes in the country of where you live.

And you set an intention that all of the people in your country feel this love,

Feel the peace.

And in their hearts,

Each and every one of them is emanating a light that is touching each and every person on our planet.

See now this ball of unconditional love,

This fuchsia color now enclose our planet.

And what began at the very heart of your home with your love has expanded to each and every person on the planet,

Making you realize that we are all one,

That we are all connected.

And with these heartbeams of unconditional love,

We send out peace to the world.

We set out our intention for each person to be treated in a humane,

Kind,

And compassionate way.

You can feel the vibration of this feeling that you started in your own home,

Knowing that with your power and your intention,

You can change the world.

I'd like you now to visualize the front door,

Front steps of your home.

Invite somebody over.

You hear a knock on the door and you open the door and you greet this person.

And this person walks in with a huge smile on their face.

And you know that each person that walks through your door feels the love,

Feels the joy,

The peace and the serenity that you have created.

Take a moment now to bask in this energy,

To feel its presence.

Congratulations.

I invite you to feel this love in each and every cell of your body.

Know that this is the truth of who you are.

Set the intention that each and every person that walks through your door feels this love.

Feel the vibration.

And now take a moment to set an intention saying that each and every time someone comes into your home they will be full of this joy and peace and love that you're experiencing now.

Take a moment now to include forgiveness in this unconditional love.

And if there's times that you are entertaining and there's someone coming that needs this blessing of forgiveness set the intention now that this is exactly what they will feel when they come into your home.

The forgiveness of unconditional love.

What began is the clearing,

Cleansing,

And blessing of your home at its very heart center has expanded out to the planet.

Each and every person on the planet has been touched by the love you're sharing.

Each and every person coming into your home will be touched by the love you're sharing.

Each will realize that love is the way and that your home is an example of perfect unconditional love.

I'd like you very gently to begin to be aware of your physical surroundings.

Slowly bring sensation back into your body.

Feel your fingers and your toes.

But I'd like you to stay in this energy of unconditional love and take it throughout your day wherever it may lead.

Continue to bring sensation back.

Wiggle your wrists,

Your ankles,

And do so at your pace.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Feel the peace.

Feel the love.

Feel the joy.

Namaste.
