Hello,

This is Susan D'Antino,

And I'd like to welcome you to this full moon meditation.

Before we get started with our meditation,

I'd like to talk a little bit about the energy of the full moon.

Now I am recording this during a full moon,

And what I would invite you to do is to check out what astrological sign the full moon is in,

Because it might give you more insights as to what this energy could mean for you.

So if you want to pause this and look it up quickly,

I invite you to do so.

If not,

Let's discuss a couple of the spiritual meanings of the full moon,

And what are some of the things that you can do to really best utilize this energy.

So first of all,

Because it's full,

Full of light in every way,

It's a wonderful time for reflection.

It's a time to reflect on the divine light within ourselves,

And to release any negative thoughts,

Emotions,

Or limiting beliefs.

One of the things that I have really been working on is self-acceptance.

And because I've had a weight issue my entire life,

I am finally ready to accept myself just as I am.

So take a look at what you might have as far as a limiting belief goes,

And this is a great time to release it.

It's also a time of renewal.

Take a look at your beliefs.

Are there new beliefs that would better serve you,

That you would like to bring in?

It's a time of heightened intuition.

So wonderful time to be doing this meditation.

Any type of meditative actions are certainly going to help.

If you've got a decision to make where logic just isn't making it,

Then what you can do is use your intuition.

During a full moon,

It's at its highest,

A great time to manifest.

Is there something you'd like to bring into your life?

Write down the intention.

What is it that you would like to bring in?

And that's another thing that I would invite you to do,

Is to have a journal,

Piece of paper,

Anything handy,

Either before or after the meditation,

Any insights you might get,

Any intentions you might want to check out.

So again,

Anytime you want to pause this,

Feel free to do so.

This is all about you.

It's a wonderful time as well to get closure on things.

Are there relationships that no longer serve you?

And these types of relationships,

I like to say,

Are energetically incompatible versus using the word toxic.

Sometimes we just outgrow people.

So are there people that maybe it's time to take a look at?

Relationships are very much out of balance and say,

You do a ton for this person.

And not that we always expect everything to be totally I give,

You give back.

But just to make sure that you're not always the giver and never the receiver in a relationship.

So a good time maybe to get closure.

Maybe you're finishing up with a relationship,

A romantic relationship that you can't quite close yet.

Now is a good time to do that.

And again,

This is where I find writing such a powerful tool.

It's a time of great reception.

And again,

This ties in to your third eye chakra,

Your center of intuition located at the very center of your forehead between your two eyebrows.

And we're going to be working with that chakra a little bit during the meditation.

It's indigo in color and chakras are our energetic spinning vortexes.

So wonderful way to focus on these during the full moon.

And then a great time for goal setting.

What is it that you would like to manifest by the next full moon?

Now we always talk about doing that during a new moon,

But full moon is also great energy and a wonderful time to set intentions.

So what is it that you would like to accomplish by the next full moon?

And what I always say about this time of month is to just realize that we want to release our past so we can embrace our present.

We know that the present is our point of power.

That is the best place for us to be,

Not dwelling on the past or worrying about the future,

But staying in the present moment as much as we possibly can.

Because this full moon is all light,

It's also shedding some light on our shadow side.

Now what do I mean by that?

Well,

All of us have characteristics that are less than ideal.

None of us are perfect.

So this time of month is a great time to look inwards and think,

Okay,

Maybe I should be a little bit more patient.

Maybe I shouldn't be so short tempered.

What aspects of your shadow side would you like to release and let go?

Another opportunity to write these things down.

So when you are getting ready to really focus on this energy and specifically focus on this meditation,

I'm going to invite you to do a few things as well.

First of all,

This is a sacred time for you.

So you deserve this time for yourself.

Make sure you're somewhere where you won't be disturbed.

Turn all your devices off.

And again,

Prepare yourself because you deserve this time.

I highly advise to do this either the day before the full moon,

The full moon day,

Or the day after.

Any of those days you'll be able to capture the energy.

Now if you have favorite crystals that you like to use,

This is a wonderful time to charge those crystals.

So you can use a crystal during the meditation.

It can be charged with the full moon energy.

So this even gives you a little bit more insights into working with your own intuition and into all of the aspects of what it is that you would like to do with this energy.

So I invite you again to get comfortable.

You can do this sitting down in a lotus position,

Palms facing up.

You can sit in a straight back chair,

Again,

Palms facing up,

Nothing crossed,

Or you can even do it laying down.

And I know I say this a lot in my meditations,

But it's so true.

If you fall asleep,

I can promise you,

You are still going to reap the benefits of this meditation.

So make sure again that you are somewhere where you won't be disturbed and we are going to meditate together.

I am going to begin the meditation by chiming the musical note A three times.

This musical note encourages peace and calmness and will open and cleanse the third eye chakra.

We are now going to inhale quickly two times with an exhale through the mouth,

Then we're going to repeat that three times.

And again,

Inhale,

Exhale.

And again,

Inhale,

Exhale.

And again,

Inhale,

Exhale.

You are feeling yourself getting more and more relaxed.

I invite you to gently allow your eyes to close.

And now I'd like you to visualize the bottom of your feet.

At the bottom of your feet,

I'd like you to visualize two roots growing.

And these roots will be growing deep through each layer of the home that you're in until they enter the very top of Mother Earth.

Feel your roots now slowly descending.

And as they do,

You're feeling yourself getting more and more relaxed.

Feel them going deep,

Deep,

Deep.

Feel these roots reach the very center of Mother Earth.

Secure these roots any way you choose,

Knowing that they are keeping you grounded,

Safe,

And secure throughout this meditation.

At this time,

We thank the mind for all it helps us with throughout the day.

But we're going to put away the to-do lists,

The worries,

The concerns,

And any thoughts that may come up,

Which is totally natural.

We'll visualize those thoughts floating away like feathers in the wind.

And you will return to your breath and to the sound of my voice.

Visualize now a full moon located at this very center of Mother Earth.

This brilliant white full moon light and energy now begins to move up your roots.

And this full moon cleansing light enters the bottom of your feet.

Feel it travel up your calves,

Wash through your knees,

Into your thighs.

And as it does,

You feel everything let go,

Everything illuminated,

Everything cleansed.

You feel your moonlight now at the base of your spine.

And as it moves up the spine,

You feel the vertebrae,

The muscles in your back,

Let go,

Completely relaxing.

You feel your moonlight wash through your organs,

Cleansing,

Energizing,

And clearing as your organs float freely in this sublime energy.

Feel the moonlight move into your shoulders and feel your shoulders sag and let go.

Feel your arms relax.

Feel your fingers relax.

And now everything from the base of your neck,

To your shoulders,

To your lower back,

To each one of your 10 toes is totally relaxed and illuminated with the moonlight.

Feel the moonlight now wash into the throat,

Wash into your face,

And feel your facial muscles relax,

Your ears droop,

All the tension disappearing.

And feel the moonlight now washing through the mind.

And at this time,

We're going to pause.

And we're going to look at our mind.

And we're going to ask ourselves,

Is there any limiting belief that lives here,

That this moonlight is inviting me to release?

This moonlight now moves into the third eye chakra,

That indigo beam of energy located between your eyebrows,

And your moonlight cleanses this chakra,

Inviting you to get any intuitive information that can assist you in this chakra.

It is safe for you to get this information.

And as your intuition kicks in,

This may be a time you'd like to call a divine helper or helpers to assist you throughout this meditation.

If you have a spirit guide,

A spirit animal,

An angel,

An ascended master that you like to work with,

We ask them to join us in this sacred time and in this sacred space.

As we look at our third eye,

Seeing it beaming clear,

Cleansed,

And rotating in a clockwise position,

We ask our third eye to get any information that it feels will benefit us at this time with no preconceived notion,

Knowing that whatever's happening is exactly right for us.

We pause here now and ask the third eye,

What is it that I need to know?

What intuitive advice can you give me at this time?

As you're gathering this intuitive advice,

You ask your third eye,

Is there something right now that I should manifest to assist me in living my best life?

We will now create an affirmation to correspond with what it is that you would like to manifest.

The affirmation is in the present tense as if it is already your truth.

My affirmation is I am perfect,

Whole,

And complete exactly the way I am in this moment.

Now create your affirmation.

From your third eye,

Your moonlight now descends into your throat,

Inviting you to speak your truth,

Reminding you that no is a complete sentence,

Reminding you that it is safe for you to be in your power and speak your truth.

The moonlight now moves into the heart area and embraces your heart with unconditional self-love,

Self-acceptance,

Exactly the way you are at this moment.

Allow the moonlight now to wash through this energy field,

Embracing everything around it with unconditional love.

And ask yourself at this time,

Do you need closure in any of your relationships?

Is there anyone that you need to release at this time?

Remind yourself the importance of self-love,

Knowing that being self-loving is not being selfish,

That only with unconditional self-love can you truly love others.

Is there anyone that you need to forgive,

Including yourself?

We will pause here now,

Basking in the full moon energy and ask ourselves,

Is there anyone that we need to release?

Is there anyone we need to forgive?

How can I show myself unconditional self-love each and every day?

As you embrace this self-love,

As you release what needs to be released,

You remind yourself the purity of this love.

You remind yourself of the importance of putting yourself first,

Having your needs met in balanced relationships.

The moonlight illuminates it all,

As well as illuminating our shadow side,

Shedding light on those aspects of ourselves that we would like to improve.

What aspect of yourself would you like to improve?

Remembering that we are spiritual beings having a human experience,

And that everything is exactly as it should be.

We are exactly where we are meant to be.

What aspects of your shadow side would you like to improve?

Asking for the third eye's intuition and the self-love of the heart to assist us with this.

We are illuminated works in progress,

Always doing the very best that we can at any given time.

Remember this.

Remember to speak kindly to yourself.

Remember to have compassion for yourself.

Remember to treat yourself as your own best friend.

The full moon reminds us of the light within,

Our divine light,

Which shines brightly at all times.

Feel that divine light,

Feel your divinity,

Knowing that everything and anything is possible.

As this moonlight now exits the top of your head at the crown chakra,

Violet in color,

The center of our action,

Where we take the information that we get from the third eye and trust it enough to act on it.

Repeat after me to yourself or out loud,

I listen,

I trust,

I take guided action.

I listen,

I trust,

I take guided action.

I listen,

I trust,

I take guided action.

Your moonlight now exits your crown chakra and reaches high into father sky,

Reaches high to your soul group,

To your higher chakras.

And now this moonlight is connecting you from the very center of mother earth,

Where it began to the very top of father sky.

You are an illuminated bridge of light and you can feel yourself vibrating with unconditional love and each and every cell.

You feel totally relaxed.

You feel illuminated.

You feel wonderful.

Take a deep breath here,

Inhale and exhale.

And once more,

Inhale and exhale.

And one last time,

Inhale and exhale.

And now staying in this relaxed feeling,

I'd like you gently to begin bringing physical sensation back into the body.

Wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers very gently.

And when you're ready,

I invite you to open your eyes and come fully back into your physical surroundings.

I am going to chime three times to end the meditation.

And this time I am going to be chiming the letter A once again for the third eye chakra.

Thank you so much for joining me.

I invite you to remain in this relaxed place throughout the rest of your day,

Throughout the rest of the evening,

Depending on when you're listening to this.

I also invite you to write down any insights that you got from your third eye.

Write down your affirmation.

And if you had issues with the affirmation,

Take some time now to create one.

And again,

That is in the present tense as if it's already your truth,

As if it's already what's happening in your life.

Write that down and put it somewhere where you will see it often.

And even in the beginning,

If it doesn't feel like your truth,

I invite you to fake it until you make it.
