Now,
This meditation I'm calling the fountain of forgiveness because I've been working with the element of water.
So take a very deep breath into your heart system and a very deep breath into your solar plexus and a very deep breath into the sacral area.
These are places where we tend to hold very old wounding.
Breathing into that root center where you are safe.
Good.
So now,
I want you to imagine a beautiful fountain filled with crystal clear water.
See the water is reflecting all different colors of blue as it ripples and flows.
And I want you to walk up to the fountain and take a seat right next to it.
And I want you to breathe into those areas,
The sacral,
The solar plexus,
Your heart.
And I want you to ask yourself,
What do I need to forgive myself for?
And just listen deeply to whatever comes up.
Breathing in and exhaling,
Allowing the light that surrounds you to also inform you and guide you.
What do I need to forgive myself for?
And be willing today to face it.
It can be a challenge sometimes.
And be willing today to clear and purify with the water energy.
Any residuals,
Any residue of the past year,
Of your lifetime,
Allow yourself this opportunity to clear and forgive yourself.
Any residue of anger,
Any residue of self-hatred,
Any residue of frustration or disappointment about your journey up to now,
Any residue of shame or guilt you may be holding and don't know you are,
Allow all these things to be investigated.
And allow any emotions surrounding them just to come up,
Just to allow yourself to feel it.
There's nothing to do but just feel it.
If there's sorrow,
Allow it to come up.
Just be with it while you sit next to this fountain of forgiveness.
You can do this.
I know you can.
We all can do this.
So these are the beliefs,
The thoughts that may be keeping you from living your life fully,
From living an empowered life,
A life of freedom and happiness and joy.
Okay,
As you become aware of all those,
I want you to stand up and step into the fountain.
Remembering this is a fountain of forgiveness,
Self-forgiveness today.
And just allow that water to wash your feet clean.
Allow that water to maybe float over you as a mist or spray.
Allow yourself to get completely saturated with the element of water as you now forgive yourself.
Forgive yourself.
Give yourself of anything known or unknown up until this moment,
Allowing your mind and your heart to open and receive the gentle clearing and purification that you've been seeking.
Open yourself to receive forgiveness from your higher self into your heart,
Flooding your body as the water moves through your systems,
Purifying,
Becoming the life-giving water that your soul has been so parched to receive.
And notice how you feel as you are doing this,
As you're washing away the emotions,
Any emotions that have had an unhealthy or negative impact in your life.
Just begin to absorb that water.
Feel it on your face.
Feel it on your skin.
Feel yourself drenched in this fountain of forgiveness.
And as the water washes,
Your heart,
Your mind,
Your body,
Clean.
Notice that the water that you're standing in,
Sitting in,
Walking in is absolutely still that beautiful,
Pristine variations of blue.
And I want you to hear this.
There was nothing dirty or ugly or broken about you.
There was nothing dirty or ugly or broken about you.
Allowing that water of self-forgiveness to not only purify and cleanse your heart and mind,
But align you to the truth of your being.
Aligning you as above,
So below,
To that divine spark of light within you.
Sitting in love and exhaling love.
Then take a moment to step out of the fountain and sit next to it.
Feeling renewed.
Feeling refreshed.
Feeling clean.
Body,
Mind,
And soul.
Good.
So taking a very deep breath,
Becoming present to where you are,
The room you're in,
The chair you're sitting on.
A very deep breath,
Becoming present to your renewed awareness of the divine being that you are.
One more breath,
Just being grounded in the now.
And so I'm just going to leave with you a blessing for today.
And so it is.
Namaste.
