So today in listening this morning on what needed to be addressed, what came to me was releasing grievances by blessing. You may be thinking how do we do that? Drop-in with me and find out with this loving meditation

So today,

In listening this morning on what needed to be addressed,

We're going to do some releasing of grievances by blessing.

How do you bless a grievance,

Right?

How do you do that?

So what we're going to do is we're going to drop in first and get grounded and then we'll just see what happens.

All right,

So just getting comfortable in your seat.

Let's do a haaaaaa and an exhale haaaaa.

My puppy wants to haaaaa with us too.

Okay taking another deep breath.

Just feel that vibration of the haaaaa.

Go deep into your chest.

Follow that vibration all the way down through your sit bones all the way down into the center of the earth.

Breathing all the way down,

Allowing yourself to be anchored in that Pachi Mama energy,

Pachi Mama energy.

Feeling your grounding within the earth and then breathing that earth energy up.

See whatever color it is for you,

Breathing it all the way up through the bottom of the feet,

All the way up through the shins and knees,

Allowing that energy to massage anything that is in need of good rub down.

Moving through the thighs and hips,

Breathing that earth energy up into the torso,

Feeling that energy aligning the spine,

Opening chakra as it passes through,

All the way up into the chest area,

The heart center opening,

Feeling the shoulders and arms and allowing it to move through your fingertips all the way out.

And breathing it up through the brain system.

And then just see it going through that top chakra,

The crown chakra,

And cascading over you like a waterfall,

And just sitting in that for a moment.

Feeling the earth energy circulating.

Feeling it circulating all the way around.

And then we're going to focus on the heart center,

That chakra,

Where your wisdom,

Your wisdom of millennium resides,

Just begin to breathe into that,

Breathing in and exhaling,

And with each breath,

Opening the heart and exhaling.

Exhaling in and allowing that heart center that is full of love just to begin to multiply that love that you are until you feel it filling your physical body,

Filling it with love.

Every cell,

Every organ,

This is a great healing exercise in general.

Your blood flow,

Your muscles,

Your tissues,

Your bones,

Just seeing love flowing and filling and moving through your physical body.

From the top of your head to the tip of your toes,

Love.

Just an energy.

And breathing,

Allowing love to enter spaces that you may not even know needed it.

And then feel that love filling your mental and emotional bodies.

Again,

Just circulating and filling,

Circulating and filling until you are encased in a bubble of love,

Love energy.

Good.

Now,

I want you to call to the forefront of your mind anyone or any situation where you still are holding a grievance.

This could be somebody from your past,

Somebody that you are currently involved with.

If you've been talking about a person,

Chances are you're holding a grievance.

Gossip is a good indicator of possible grievances.

So just scan,

Scan anything and see who it is.

Maybe there's multiple people.

Maybe it's people you thought you had already forgiven or released.

Just notice where you're holding grievances.

Could be in your mind.

Most likely it's in your heart.

Since we are heart opened right now,

Just allow yourself to notice those grievances.

Are they feeling embedded?

Are they just simply floating around?

Just notice.

And then begin to feel which,

If any,

Or all grievances you would like to release.

Okay.

And now I want to invite you to call each of those people or circumstances to just stand in front of you.

In a line up maybe or in a line coming forward.

Okay.

And we're going to take each person at a time and I want you to focus on that person.

And I want you to tell them from a heart opened loving space,

I bless you.

I bless you and I release you.

Might need to say it three times.

I bless you and I release you.

Don't let the little chitter chatter monkey mind brain try and take over.

Just really focus on the individual,

The grievance and bless them.

Bless it and then release it.

And on the third time,

I want you to envision that that individual merely disappears and up comes the next one.

And you might even say their name.

So and so.

I bless you and I release you.

Three times.

I bless you and I release you.

I bless you and I release you.

And notice that this one also disappears.

And then taking on the next grievance.

I bless you and I release you and breathe as you do it,

Allowing your heart to remain open.

I bless you and I release you.

I bless you and I release you.

And notice that they disappear.

Take a deep breath.

This is something you can do for all the rest of the grievances you're holding.

Might be a thing to do in the evening before bedtime,

Before sleep.

Just go through your day.

Notice where you might be holding a grievance towards someone.

If you have to run the story,

Go ahead.

But then you're going to bless them three times and release them.

Blessing often opens us up to forgiveness.

That's what I'm finding instead of the other way around.

Forgiving and then I can bless.

Forgiving intentionally,

Whether I want to or not,

Is actually a lubricant,

If you will,

For forgiveness.

It allows forgiveness to flow more easily from heart to heart.

And then the story no longer has a hold on us.

And you might even find that the story simply disappears like the grievance.

I bless you and I release you.

I bless you and I release you.

I bless you and I release you.

And if you find that today was a bit challenging,

You might want to make a list of those grievances and people and then just choose one at a time.

One at a time.

Until your list is gone.

So then dropping into that heart space where your wisdom resides.

Where the power of the love that you are is.

And just feeling the love that we've been generating and breathing during our time together.

Just feel it washing your mental,

Emotional and physical body again.

Washing everything clean.

Clearing away any of the debris from a grievance.

And then breathing yourself back into this present moment,

The room you're in,

The chair you're seated on.

Becoming very aware of the love that you are,

The love you always have been.

And allow yourself to lead with that love today.

Allow yourself to be the light leader that you are.
