Often we take for granted the things we should be most grateful for.
So today,
Let's give thanks to a few of those things.

Let's embrace the silence in between each one to give us the opportunity to reflect on a time that connects us with each of these statements.

I'm grateful for this new day dawning that is full of endless possibilities.
I'm grateful for the sun for showering the world with light.
I'm grateful for the moon and the stars for brightening the nighttime sky.
I'm grateful for food on the table that keeps me nourished.
I'm grateful for loving friends who celebrate the good times and support me through the tough times.
I'm grateful for my family who shower me with unconditional love.
I'm grateful for kind strangers who unexpectedly brighten my day.
I'm grateful for life's challenges that help me to grow and become more resilient.
I'm grateful for laughter that puts a smile on my face and brings joy to my heart.
I'm grateful for my home which keeps me safe.
I'm grateful for my bed which keeps me cozy and warm.
I'm grateful for this glorious new day.
As you move throughout your day,
I encourage you to keep finding things to be grateful for,
Whether it be a blooming of a flower,
Cloud formations in the sky,
The smile from a stranger,
Or simply the sound of laughter.
