Welcome to this guided meditation,
I'm Susan Berg.
This meditation is to help you to achieve your goals,
Especially if you're working towards a goal that you currently feel is out of reach.
By repeating affirmations over and over,
We're programming our brain to override any limiting beliefs or self-sabotaging thoughts with sentiments that are positive and empowering.
And this will greatly help you when you're working towards achieving your goals.
I recommend that you practice these affirmations every day for 30 days,
But preferably keep doing it on a regular basis until you haven't really achieved that goal.
Repeat each affirmation after me,
And you can either do this out loud or within your own mind.
I can achieve whatever I put my mind to.
I feel pride in myself.
I celebrate my many successes.
I deserve all the wonderful things that I achieve in my life.
I have a positive attitude and outlook on life.
I have the strength to step outside of my comfort zone.
I work daily towards achieving my goals.
