Allow yourself to take a few moments to get comfortable wherever you are.

Close your eyes and relax your jaw.

Let the shoulders relax a little.

Simply find ease where you are.

If it's comfortable,

Place one hand on your stomach and one on your chest.

Notice the gentle movement with your breath.

Let the exhale be a touch longer than the inhale.

Visualize a golden light surrounding you,

And allow every breath to bring an ease and calm into your body.

Feel where your body is supported.

Notice the temperature of the air on your skin.

Become aware of the natural ease of your breath.

Feel the weight of your body resting here,

Supported.

Nothing to hold,

Nothing to fix,

Just this steady rhythm of breath and heartbeat.

Now imagine beneath you a deep red glow,

Warm,

Alive and ancient.

The energy of the earth itself,

Reaching up to meet you.

With each breath,

Roots begin to grow from the base of your spine,

Reaching down through the floor,

Into the soil,

Deeper and deeper,

Until they connect with the heart of the earth.

Feel the rhythm moving through you,

Slow,

Strong,

And eternal.

This is home.

This is safety.

You are part of the earth.

Let your body soften into this support.

Any fear,

Any tension,

Any story of not enough.

Let it dissolve,

Melting into the soil below.

It's safe to let go.

It's safe to rest.

Repeat silently within,

I am safe.

I am grounded.

I trust the rhythm of life.

The earth supports me in every breath.

Now feel a deep red light glowing at the base of your spine,

Radiating outward.

Through your legs,

Your feet,

Anchoring you fully in this body,

This moment,

This life.

It spins slowly,

Balanced,

Strong,

Alive.

With every breath,

That light grows steadier.

You are here,

And here is enough.

As you prepare to return,

Feel gratitude for this connection,

For your body,

For the ground beneath you that never leaves.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Exhale slowly through your mouth,

And feel the red light remain,

A steady ember of peace and trust that you can return to at any time.

You are safe,

You are grounded,

You are home.
