Tune into sole of your feet.
Make sure both sole of your feet are resting comfortably.
Tune into your spine.
Keep your spine elongated.
Tune into your shoulders.
Soften your shoulders.
Relax your arms.
Relax your jaw,
Your tongue.
If possible,
Close your eyes gently.
If closing eyes is not comfortable,
You can always find a non moving point and gently gaze there.
Keep your gaze soft.
Then we're going to tune into where body is connecting to any surface.
So tune into maybe sole of your feet touching your shoes,
The chair you're sitting on,
Clothes on your body,
Even air touching your skin.
Then gently move your awareness inwards into your whole body and see if you can bring in that feeling of relaxation a little bit more.
If you need to do any adjustment doing so now so that you are really comfortable for next few minutes.
And then we're going to bring awareness towards a couple of inches above crown of your head and imagine there is a beautiful star shining just couple of inches above your head.
This is in line with crown of your head.
And this light,
This universal energy is now gently sending the rays of love and compassion and kindness into crown of your head,
Into your whole head and your face.
Let these rays seep into your eyes,
Your face,
Your jaw,
Your tongue,
Your brain,
Back of your head.
Let it travel into your neck,
Front and back of your neck,
Your shoulders.
Let it travel down towards your heart,
Eliminating your torso,
Your arms with this healing compassionate light.
And gently let this light flow into your legs all the way towards the sole of your feet.
Imagine your whole body is filled with this light of compassion,
Love and kindness.
Imagine this energy surrounding you now.
Very gently let these images dissolve and become aware of your whole body.
Become aware of your breath moving in your body.
Notice the effects of practice so far and then gently begin movements in your body and whenever you're ready very gently open your eyes.
