This is a five and a half minute meditation/relaxation with gentle music and visualisation for your kids aged 2-6 years old. Visualisation is about healing light gently touching different parts of the body to help them become relaxed, comfortable, and peaceful. Let your kids discover their healing light.

You can either sit down or lie down,

Whatever you feel like at this moment.

Make yourself as comfortable as possible.

We're going to pretend something now.

So make sure you are comfortable and pretend that you are surrounded by beautiful white light.

This is a magical light.

This light is so peaceful and safe that it is making you even more comfortable.

So see if you can relax a little bit more.

And now this magical light is gently touching your toes and making your toes happy,

Relax.

Now imagine this light is now touching your whole feet and making them happy,

Safe and relaxed.

Imagine your feet are smiling,

They're happy and they're relaxed.

Imagine this beautiful light is touching your legs very gently and it's making them relaxed,

Comfortable and happy.

Now imagine this light is touching your fingertips and your fingertips are now happy,

Relaxed,

And peaceful.

Imagine this light is touching your fingers and your fingers are now happy,

Relaxed and peaceful.

They're very comfy.

Now imagine your whole hand is relaxed,

Comfy and happy.

This light is touching your whole arms now and your whole arms are now happy,

Relaxed and comfortable.

They're very peaceful arms now.

Now this light is touching your tummy,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your back and your tummy,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your chest is now happy,

Safe,

Peaceful,

Relaxed.

This is a very magical light.

It is making you very comfortable and relaxed.

Now this light is touching your whole face and your head and your hair,

Your eyes and your nose and your whole face is now relaxed.

Your head is relaxed,

Your neck is relaxed.

This beautiful light is now touching your whole body and making you really peaceful,

Comfortable and relaxed.

Imagine this light is now filling your whole room and making your room comfortable,

Relaxed.

You can gently let that image go but keep the awareness that you are comfortable,

Peaceful,

Happy and safe.

Now gently wiggle your whole legs and arms,

Maybe rock your head from side to side.

Let's do this very gently and take a nice stretch if you want to.

So doing whatever you want to bring yourself back here.

Now you can still lying down here if you want or you can gently get up and do what you want to do now.
