Day 21.
Welcome your body and your breath to your meditation practice.
Please find a comfortable seat and sit with your eyes softly closed.
Tune in to the rhythm of your breath.
Allowing the sound of your breath to draw your attention inward and quiet your mind.
With every sweet expansion of breath,
Allow an inner smile to fill you.
With every sweet exhalation,
Soften,
Round and connect.
Our intention for today is peace.
And I'd like to offer us a mantra.
This is in the form of a song that you can listen to.
And really it's a prayer for peace.
So as we sit up nice and tall,
Just bathing in this beautiful blessing.
Saha na vabhatu,
Saha na bhunaktu,
Saha viryam karvah vahay Tejas bina vadita mastu,
Shanti,
Shanti,
Shanti,
May we all be protected.
May we all achieve fulfillment.
May we all apply our life force to steady practice.
May our time be spent in good company with no discord.
May there be peace.
May there be peace.

As you sit within that intention,
Allowing any discord inside of you to move through you from the base of your spine,
Through that grounding cord.
Starting to empty as needed as you sit,
Any pain,
Tension.
And then equally allow yourself to receive,
To open that crown,
To stretch to the sky and above,
To the universe,
To the farthest reaches of the universe.
Stretch and gather there a little more clear life force energy filled with light,
With love,
Peace.
And we call that energy and we pull it in like a magnet to the crown of our head and let it fill the body.
We follow that as it fills every corner of our body from head to toe.
No tension.
Enjoying the sweet feeling of expanding,
Letting go,
Softening and settling into the space of your heart.
Maybe using very simple repetition,
May I be filled with peace.
You can even repeat that for others as a meta practice,
May you be filled with peace.
There's someone in your life that is having a hard time.
You can even offer a world,
This beautiful planet,
May all beings be filled with peace.
Put it together in silence.

And stretch the arms to the sky,
Big beautiful breath and hands come together and down to the heart.
