Last night I had a beautiful "meet your guide" meditation and I met a beautiful Mantis being. He gave me a brightly glowing, yellow Merkaba. I'm still trying to figure out the meaning, and I'm still in awe of the entire meeting. I have happy tears streaming down my cheeks every time I talk about it. It was beautiful.

Thank you for this. I have a question : what if I practice outside. Is it Ok? When sealing the space, I created a safe space all around me, there are birds and insects and trees. Do you have a suggestion on how to properly seal the space outside?
