Welcome to this Arcturian Gateway Transmission.
And we are in a time where the supportive light of the star Arcturus is very available to starseeds on the Earth plane now who have a connection to that star.
So focusing on the cycle of breath.
The in-breath,
Allowing more light into your being from the universe around you.
Light into the physical body of bone and blood,
Organs and systems and cells.
Anywhere you are holding dense or stagnant energy.
On the out-breath surrender that energy back to the universe,
Back to the light.
And in this process allowing more space in your physical body for more of your own soul's light.
The in-breath,
The invitation of light into your energy fields,
All layers and levels,
Light from the universe around.
And again,
Anywhere you are holding energy that is dense,
Stagnant or toxic on the outbreath,
Surrender that energy back to the universe,
Back to the light.
Allowing more space in your energy fields for more of your own soul's light.
And as you focus on that cycle of breath,
I call to you now,
Your teams in spirit of the highest light and resonance.
Including your oversold.
Higher selves from the 6th to the 12th dimension.

And into the space I call the archangels holding the horizontal plane.
Beginning in the East with beloved Raphael,
Archangel of Air.
Who holds in his hand a crystal wand.
And who rides on the energy of emerald green fire.
Calling that angel to join us in this invocation of light.
To the south is beloved Michael,
Archangel of Fire.
Who holds in his hand a sword of flaming blue angelic light.
Who rides on the energy of electric blue fire.
Calling to that archangel now.
