Super Quick Daily Light Meditation

It is recommended to do this meditation often, perhaps daily. If possible aim to do this meditation at either 8 am or 8 pm in your time zone. This meditation is designed for the Starseed Family of Light to come together and create a wave of light across the globe. This meditation allows you to connect with other communities of light and places of light across the earth. it also allows you to send this collective light to places that hold the least amount of light across the planet.

Welcome to this super quick daily light meditation,

Sending a wave of light across the globe.

And this meditation is designed for the Starseed family of light to come together and create a great wave of light across the globe.

And if possible,

Aim to do this meditation daily at either 8am or 8pm in your time zone.

And breathe and open and soften and relax.

With your breath,

Feeding your connection to the light of the universe around you.

360 degrees.

On the in-breath,

Drawing in light from the horizon into your body.

The cells,

The bones,

The blood.

And on the out-breath,

Releasing back to the horizon any energies you are holding in your body that does not serve you.

Back to the light,

Back to the universe.

Relying more of your own natural soul's light to return to you.

And follow that cycle of breath as I call your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance.

Your higher self.

Your I am presence.

All helpers and guides.

Angels and archangels.

Star beings,

Star races,

Star councils.

All specialist teams working with you.

Come be with you now.

Come be with you now.

And feel the shift as they join you.

And let's call the archangels the horizontal plane.

Beginning in the east with Raphael,

Archangel of Air.

The symbol of Crystal Wand.

The energy,

Emerald Green Fire.

Allow this angel to hold the space,

To hold your personal space.

And to the south is Michael,

Archangel of the Element of Fire.

The symbol,

A sword of flaming blue light.

The energy,

Electric Blue Fire.

Invite that angel to hold your personal space.

To the west is Gabriel,

Archangel of Water.

The symbol,

A silver chalice.

The energy,

Diamond White Fire.

Invite that angel and that energy to hold your personal space.

To the north is Uriel,

Archangel of Earth.

The symbol,

A golden pentacle.

The energy,

Ruby Red Fire.

Invite that angel and that energy to hold the space,

Your personal space.

And let's call the archangels of the vertical force plane.

Beginning with the above space,

Metatron from the Great Central Sun.

To bring down that light into the room.

The walls.

The floor.

The ceiling.

The door.

The windows.

Closing off the space.

Sealing all objects in the space,

Allow that light to come down through the body,

Through the crown.

Through the third eye.

Through the throat.

To the heart that opens.

Anchoring this light into the heart.

Allowing all chakras from the heart upwards to align with the Great Central Sun.

All chakras within the body and beyond the body to align with the Great Central Sun.

To breathe and open.

And to the below space,

Sandaphon,

Archangel of the Crystal Engrid of the Earth.

To bring up that diamond white light up to the feet.

Up to the legs.

Up to the base chakra.

Up through the body to the sacral chakra.

Up to the solar plexus.

And up to the heart.

Anchoring into the heart.

Allowing chakras from the heart downwards,

Within the body and beyond the body to align with the Crystal Engrid of the Earth.

And breathe and open.

Breathe and open.

Opening the inner channel.

Allowing light from the Great Central Sun into the heart that begins to open and expand around your body.

There's a great golden globe of light.

Your heart expanding around your whole energy field.

And breathe and allowing for an inflow of energy from the Great Central Sun through your body into the heart.

A great golden light into the heart.

Creating a build up of energy in your energy field.

Of golden light from the Great Central Sun.

Allowing that light to build up to a great intensity in your field.

Until that light wants to begin to radiate out and ripple out in all directions across the planetary grid.

Creating a wave of light across the planet.

Around the planet.

And feeling light from the Great Central Sun again building up into the heart,

Out into your energy field.

A build up of light of energy.

Until your energy field can no longer hold that light and it begins to pulse out in all directions across the planetary grid.

Breathe and open allowing this build up of light from the Great Central Sun through the heart out into your energy field.

Building up a great pulse of light in your energy field.

Until that light is released in all directions out across the planetary grid.

And just become aware of your light,

These waves of light beginning to join other light pulses from other star seeds across the planet.

Letting your light join the light of your star family across the planet.

Allowing a build up of light again from the Great Central Sun in your field.

And sending a great pulse of light out and feeling that light beginning to join other pulses,

Other waves of light from star seeds around the world.

Allowing your light joining with your family of light.

Allowing that build up of light in your energy field begin to send that wave of light out across the planetary grid.

And allowing your light begin to gravitate with the light of other star seeds to those places on the earth that hold the greatest amount of light.

There are places on the earth that have a large number of star seeds incarnate.

There are also places on the earth that naturally hold a high frequency of light.

Allow your light to join with those places.

Feeling your light pulsing out.

Finding those places on the earth that hold the greatest amount of light.

And feel yourself connected to a greater light in the earth and across the planet,

Your whole star family.

Breathe and open.

Allowing your own energy field to be strengthened through this connection to the Great Central Sun and the light on the earth that's already here.

And then allow this light through your field from the Great Central Sun to begin to radiate out,

Pulse out into those places on the earth that hold the least amount of light.

Now beginning to send waves of light out.

Feeling for those places that hold the least amount of light.

Places perhaps impacted by conflict,

Corruption,

War,

Desolation,

Devastation.

Big light to those places across the earth.

Also,

Sending light out to corrupt systems.

Corporate systems,

Political systems,

Military systems,

Financial systems that hold the great darkness.

Allow your light to impact those places to whatever degree your light is able to reach into those places without forcing,

Just allowing some places are ready for more light.

Sending light across the planet.

A great light of transformation,

Of change,

Of what's to come.

A great awakening is coming.

A new earth is coming.

Allowing this light to radiate into the shadows,

Those places that need to be illuminated so that the darkness can be revealed and released and cleansed from the planet.

Bringing your connection to this great central sun as you are a channel of light for that sun into the earth plane.

And then bring your attention back to those places holding the greatest light.

To the earth and to your starseed family around the world.

Feeling your connection now to light.

Allowing the light in the world and in the starseed family to amplify your own light.

Raising your vibration as you connect to others of a high vibration.

High vibration of love,

Of joy,

Of peace,

Of tranquility,

Of spaciousness,

Of freedom,

Of abundance and all other soul qualities that you wish a connection to now.

Bringing your own energy field to be filled with light.

And just for now releasing the connection to your star family.

Coming back to your own energy,

Your own energy field.

Bringing the light back into your physical body,

Chakra system.

Allow this light to begin to integrate back into your field.

Bones,

The blood,

The cells,

The organs.

Allow this light to integrate back into your emotional body,

The emotional field of energy.

Allowing more flow in that field.

Allowing this light to be absorbed back into your mental body.

All the thoughts,

Ideas and visions,

Values,

Belief systems.

Allowing a greater light and flow there.

Coming back to your cycle of breath.

Creating a greater increase of light in your body.

Open,

Soften,

Relax.
