Inbreath is the invitation of light from the horizon,

Allowing light with your breath into the very bones and blood and cells of your body.

And on the out breath a purging and releasing of lower energies you've picked up from the 3D matrix back to the universe,
Back to the light.
Having more space for your own soul's light in the body.
Following that cycle of breath,
The invitation of light on the inbreath.
And the purging of old energies on the out breath.
And as you do this lets call the archangels of the horizontal plane beginning in the east with Raphael archangel of air of the mine,
Healer magician.
The symbol is a crystal wand and the energy of this angel is emerald green fire.
As you focus on the wand calling that fire into your energy field.
All layers of your energy field,
A great sphere of emerald green fire and breathe and open.
To the south is Michael,
Archangel of the element of fire,
Archangel of the sun.
The symbol of this angel is a sword of flaming blue light and the energy of the angel electric blue fire.
As you focus on the sword,
Calling that angel and that fire into the energy field around you and within you,
Moving from emerald green to electric blue fire.
Protecting you and holding you and breathe and open.
And to the west is Gabriel,
Archangel of water of the emotions of the dream time.
The symbol of this angel is a silver chalice and the energy is diamond white fire.
As you focus on the symbol inviting that fire into your energy field like a water full of light washing away all shadows.
Washing away all shadows.
And the fourth angel of the horizontal plane is Uriel,
Archangel of earth.
Angel of light of structure of power.
The symbol of this angel is a golden pentacle and the energy ruby red fire.
Washing that fire into the energy field around you and within you.
Four angels,
Four energies and open.
So let's call the archangels of the vertical force plane,
Metatron and Sandaphon.
Beginning with Metatron,
Archangel of the great central sun.
Bringing light down through the stargate of our sun.
Down into the structure you're in.
The walls around you.

Doors and windows.
Bringing that light down through the crown and third eye and throat.
Anchoring this grid of light into the heart,

Sandaphon of the crystalline grid of the earth,
The diamond white crystalline grid of the earth.
To invite that light up to the space,
The structure.
Grounding the structure into the earth.
Touching your energy field and grounding you into the crystalline grid.
